The doctors and providers are great when you actually get to interact with them. My only complaint is when I send my doctor a message, I’m asking for advice from my doctor, not a medical assistant. Maybe a RN can respond cause they know when an appointment is necessary and when it’s appropriate to route to the doctor. Not every single thing needs an office visit..

I've been with Pacmed for years. Since they've moved to Lind St in Renton from Talbot Rd they've gone downhill. The wellness visits are without the usual precautions . They don't check anything anymore. It used to be you were checked for moles and lumps, etc. Now it's just a 20 minute chat session with the doctor on the computer. I asked for a continuance of my handicap privilege and it's like pulling teeth. I was only given 6 months for the same issue I was given a year for before. I also had to plead for an additional privilege once that expired and was told to go and pick it up at the front desk, but to call first to let them know. I tried calling and was the 26th person on hold! I decided to drive all the way there from Fairwood, but when I arrived it wasn't at the front desk and everyone had just went to lunch. Very disorganized and insensitive to the patient. My time is just as valuable as theirs and my thoughts are why is it not mailed to me instead? Things could be handled much better in my opinion. Even though I don't like the location now, I still want to keep my doctor since I've been seeing her for many years. It's difficult to switch once you're older.

Poor customer service. Caregiver hang up your phone if doesn't understand your question, rude, unprofessional, and lack of training.

The Clinic, Doctors and care givers are fine. The phone system or phone tree sucks. You could not plan a poorer system for Healthcare. I missed a call with an urgent message to call back. It took me three attempts, being on hold for 30 minutes each time, before I was able to talk to a qualified representative. One could die before receiving their urgent information. Absolutely horrible!

The new offices are awesome. I bring my husband and mother here several times a month. It's an awesome place and run very efficiently.

Went to my dr appt today. Greeted the clerk, gave him my ID and informed him I have new insurance. 10 mins later he comes to waiting area and tells me insurance not accepted by PacMed. I was disappointed. Returned home, checked with insurance company only to be told Drs and Specialists at Pacmed covered by my new insurance. Need to train their staff thoroughly so they know their job. Adrianne

They had me go to Seattle for the rest of my eye exam,schedule me for surgery ,then couple weeks later called & canceled because they don't do surgery @ either place...very unhappy!

This new facility is much better then the old building in Renton. It is very spacious, the rooms are new and this medical center has the lab right next to the reception.

I recently moved to Kent from Renton, and thought I was going to make my visit today my last due to the distance. But during my visit with Dr. Nair, I was reminded why I have come to prefer Pacific Medical Center, even though my current insurance could have make my visit more convenient by going to their own medical practice. From the front reception to the exam rooms, I feel welcomed and assured when checking in for my appointment, and my primary is someone who I really come to trust and appreciate.The new facility is great and the parking is an improvement. Thank you for being here for the community ❤️

HORRIBLE!! 1. Center just opened in 2022, YET in early 2023, NONE of their doctors are accepting new patients! 2. Website for ALL PacMed locations is woefully lacking in updated information ~ So, I should entrust my health to a group who cannot even offer timely information???!3. Phone intake is RUDE, UNPROFESSIONAL and UNKNOWLEDGEABLE!I will NEVER!!

Not satisfied. I saw doctor for my wrist problem and they gave me a wrist band. I thought that may be my insurance will pay for it or they are giving me as a courtesy. But later on they charged me 81 dollars for it which I can buy from any store for 25 dollars. Way overpriced. So my suggestion is donot ever take any kinda stuff from that clinic , they will charge you 4 times the regular price.
