Not a bad store the layout is a little different than I'm used to but overall this is a good store

This is the most unhelpful store I have ever been to. Seriously, they need to learn customer service skills and professionalism. I'm shocked this is how Lowe's lets people run their stores. I talked with about seven workers; not a single one was helpful, including Andrew, who was paged to help and instead went and sat on his phone. Why Home Depot is better: they are happy to go above and beyond for a paying customer.

stopped by yesterday for some bagged soil, saw lots of spring bulbs placed on the clearance rack and marked on its bulk box for $1 each. However, the cashier says these are $6 accordingly to the POS. Not going to waste time to mention these are from the clearance rack and their bulk box marked $1. Guess the cashier is not informed or trained on the clearance items at garden center.

It's just a neighborhood store. They didn't have a lot of window AC units when I went there Hopefully they are stocked again. I couldn't find one for 200 dollars and under. They need to get the inventory together and hire more freight people at night for a higher pay so that will make them want to work. For all lowes locations

Customer service at this particular Lowe's is non existent. Same great Lowe's products but not the same great Lowe's people I've come accustomed to dealing with.

There has recently been a huge improvement in the overall staffing and wait times. Sometimes it can still get crazy busy, but I can definitely recommend this store. It's especially better after they separated the returns and pick up lines/process.

Make sure you double check the locks in the bathroom because the creepy employees will open the bathroom door on you and ask you do you need assistance she did that on purpose because she ran off and said I was getting high clearly she opened the door on me and seen I was texting my boyfriend I had my phone in my hand so I'm letting theanager know and I'll let call know and if nothing happens I'll move up in the chain

I just waited eighteen minutes for someone to come unlock a weed trimmer out of the stupid cage for me. 18 minutes. I know the time frame for certain based on the time stamps on my text messages I sent. I asked three useless people in green vests and silly hats for help but none of them could help me. I called the main store phone number and waded through automated menu hell until I finally got to a human being and she couldn't help or understand me either. I did all this with two hyper young children waiting with me. I knew what I wanted to spend $100 on thirty seconds after I walked through the front doors but it ended up taking 20 minutes. I am a homeowner and have bought equipment and appliances at Lowe's many times in the past but I will never buy anything here again. You want to support local brick and mortar stores but how can you when they make it so incredibly hard to give them your money? The liquor section at Safeway has a button you can push to have a human being come help you, why doesn't Lowe's have the same for much more expensive products? What a monumental waste of time.

I don't have high expectations for employees of these big warehouse stores, but my trip to the garden center today to try and find ivy plants was shockingly disappointing. No one asked if they could help me (despite my obvious confusion looking around). I asked 3 employees for help and they all said they didn't know anything about plants, despite working in that department. One guy said I should try looking around the signs further down that said "plants" or something obvious like that.
Half of the plants there were dying from lack of attention--the worst of which were moved to a clearance area.
Needless to say, I never did find any ivy plants and left empty handed, minus a half hour I'll never get back. Honestly, I don't think I'll be back. I normally don't shop there because customer service there doesn't seem to exist, but today it was a convenient stop, so I popped in.
I'm only giving a second star because the cashier was super pleasant--even though she wasn't helpful at all (she tried to recommend gardening classes at the community college instead of helping me find ivy plants.)

Michael is a stand up employee. In the span of 15mins of me being there he helped not only me with a more complex question and getting locked up items. He assisted 3 others along the way with quick questions. I then saw him fixing a broken kart and then after putting away karts left by guests. He is well spoken, friendly, approachable and has a strong work ethic. His customer service alone was outstanding enough that I decided to spend all my money on several house projects I am doing here at this particular Lowe’s. Even if items were cheaper via Amazon or Home Depot. I will definitely continue to shop here as well.

One of the best Lowe's in the Metro Area.
