Have spent over 10 grand this year, and probably 50 grand in the last 4 years with these guys. I’ll never go back. I went in with a simple request to see if they had a specific manual stacker for my small remote warehouse to stack and unstack road cases. They didn’t have it ( which is ok) but the head sales guy is in the back making a call to ask some one else if they had one “The guy is too cheap to buy an electric one and do it right…..”I burst in and flipped out. That wasn’t the reason I needed it. I have very little space, I need to help an older employee from hurting himself, and I thought enough of this company to be my FIRST call. I’m done. Incredible disrespect! I’ll take my business to Nw handling or rusty rack or ANYWHERE else since it appears that this is an acceptable way to treat customers.

highly recommended! Install pallet rack not easy, you need pallet racks, you need get permit, you need good operation teams. At first, we hired another local pallet installation team, it turns out this is a totally mess. Then we switched to MR Rack， no comparison, you never know who is better. MR Rack is very profession, follow rules, great execution. they help us tear down the improper installed the rack, get the permit in the reasonable time range. install rack, get rack inspected, get final permit, step by step and closed the project done smoothly.If we expand to new locations and need install pallet racks, we will never hesitate use them again.overall, highly recommended!

I give Mr Racks 6 out of 5 stars. This is based on two things: 1) because of the commitment of my sales rep, Zahra, who, despite having an ever changing order, payment delay and just pure confusion (from my end unfortunately), she was always consistent, respectful and understanding. Had I been in her shoes, I would have gone insane! I don't say this often, but after the 2-3 weeks I spent dealing with Zahra, I will say she would be a HUGE asset to any company and if you do call their, ask for her as she will go out of her way for you to make it the best experience possible. 2) The second reason, for the impossible 6 star rating is because of the owner's integrity. It is so rare to see this type of thing, especially in a situation where there is more money to be made if someone just breaks a promise. Had the owner of Mr. Racks not had solid integrity, I still believe I would be fighting to get about $45k back from a company that I was so naive to believe. This company was so much larger than me, and had no problem signing contracts that they never intended to honor, and having me secure materials using money that I even made clear, was coming from an e-trade account that I had setup for my children. Carey or no one at Mr. Rack's was even told any of this- bc it never was necessary. Respect to all of you like Carey, who still believe in honor and keeping your word and doing what is right despite what can be gained financially by doing the opposite. Thank you.

Disappointing thought I could sell individual racks that I had and was turned away. If ya don't have or want, extra extra large industrial racks dont bother.
