Navia benefits customer service is fine. However, the thing that you should consider before signing up is what is covered by the HSA because it is your responsibility to check and if it is covered not covered, they will deny you. And it can be frustrating when it is your money. So do your research.

Navia Benefits is an awesome FSA system. Their website is easy to use and provides the information you need to navigate the health systems billings today. Their customer service is very responsive and knowledgeable. I recommend them highly!

Asked for help on missing payment. Received an email response to be“Patient & wait to see if mail would deliver it. Waited almost 3 weeks- no response to 2 additional emails & no payment yet. I have been receiving payments for 3 years & this is the only negative experience. I regard it as an unresolved/unresponsive issue from an otherwise quality provider.

Easy access to benefits and ect. I wish company would have kept this for their employees.
