Apologies for not posting a photo of the actual cheese… we ate it before I got a photo because it was so delicious! We got our cowgirl cheddar and the pickle dip at the Capitol Hill farmers market today and enjoyed it immediately. The flavors are so, so good.

Stumbled on this place at the Auburn farmers market and the dips are so good! We got the Pimento and the Dill pickle dip because that’s what they were sampling. The lady that was at the booth said they also do cheese making class, I’ll be signing up for it when it’s available.

I bought some cheese at the farmers market in Auburn and it was so good I came back the next week and bought two! Now I'm out again and going to buy 3 next time lol. Not sure what it's called but some of what was in it was cream cheese, cheddar, and pimento. Delicious!
