Received a low loss air mattress that was DEFECTIVE. Someone came to turn the control off and on, that's all he did and told me it was okay. Mattress collapses in the middle and still does not work for intended use. Phoned the company times. Was informed THAT THEY DO NOT HAVE ANY MATTRESSES AT ALL!! I know that's a lie. Forwarded my concerns to the client's case manager who PAYS the monthly fee for something that is not working and should be replaced. ONE star is TOO MANY for these people!!

It’s been such a challenge to get a hospital bed for my dad. Seattle branch doesn’t have a supply. Renton branch refuses to provide a bed even though they have beds available due to our address. I even offered to pick up a bed still they weren’t willing to help. I don’t understand the policy and Seattle norco medical person didn’t know about the policy either. Norco medical is not willing to help patient’s needs at all. I wonder it’s because of insurance billing is involved. I wonder they are not willing to work with insurance even though they are one of provider for united health insurance. Very disappointing service. I am about to give up getting a bed for my dad.

They seemed fine during the intake. Then no follow up, no response to email. Looks like I have to start over with a different provider? Frustrating. Will update if I hear from them.I did give them another chance, and they did eventually get equipment to me. I continue to regret choosing Norco, we will see how it goes from here.

I am absolutely now a CPAP user! The new mask is very comfortable and the tubing does not create a problem while sleeping. I have been putting off using my CPAP for quite some time due to the discomfort of the old mask.

The Renton office staff have served me with professionalism, empathy and great customer service every time I have gone in personally. I have found this is the best way to interact as I am not the best communicator by phone. :)

I was only on Oxygen Therapy for a short while, but Norco was in contact with me thruout this time. Very pleased with the service I received from Norco.

Great and professional service. Windows are dimmed for privacy. Scheduling appointments and getting resupplies are a rather straightforward process. Although there were some mishaps in the beginning for getting a machine, these were quickly fixed afterwards. I highly commend Meadow and Essence. They were informative and friendly. However, there is one person that works there named Becky and they are extremely rude and unprofessional.

Been awhile but, my sleep study and consequent visits have been in Renton. I have nothing but good things to say about the professionalism, empathy and great customer service received from the people who work and support this place.

Essences was great. I was not thrilled about coming in at all. But her customer service was awesome. She made me feel welcome and answered any questions I had.

Was referred here for CPAP therapy. I enjoyed working with Meadow and learned CPAP. Meadow was informative and I would not hesitate on contacting if a problem arrived. Office was mostly quiet, spacious and ambient. Tinted windows on the outside for privacy.
