Had a strange buying experience today. I'm a first time gun buyer interested in a ds-15 and had several questions about it and the new gun laws, and asked about the process to buy a gun. The folks there were nice enough to answer a few questions but seemed to lose interest in me. I let them help people behind me waiting to pick up orders. I then waited at the counter to place my order but ended up just leaving after not getting help. Feel like I broke some kind of etiquette or something. I really don't know. Place seemed to have lots of inventory and competent employees, but first time buyers may want to go elsewhere.

Had an excellent experience adding a new weapon to to the collection. The staff are all very professional and knowledgeable. They alerted me to being qualified for a steep "Blue Label" discount due to being a veteran, saving me nearly 50% on the purchase of a new Glock which was hundreds of dollars! Great selection of guns, all safety protocols followed. I will be back to buy more soon!

This place was kinda a joke. The rifles were behind a partial wall so good luck looking at those. The pistols were hidden around a corner. And from what I could tell all the employees were unarmed.

I walked into PT today (my first time purchasing a firearm, and I am a young, somewhat naive woman) I was a bit anxious and unsure what to expect. I am used to walking into male dominated spaces and being talked down to, upsold, hit on, you name it - I've experienced it. Well, my experience was the complete opposite at Pantel Tactical. The second I stepped through the door, I was immediately greeted by several employees, including the manager (owner?) and they were quick to answer any questions I had, led me through the process of purchasing the gun I wanted, helped me get my paperwork in order when I came a little unprepared, and they treated me with so much kindness, dignity, and respect. I felt like I was just as valued and belonging in that space as any of the men there. The man in charge (I forgot his name, sorry!) the employees, and the customers were very knowledgeable and willing to share their wisdom with me in a very compassionate way, not in a know-it-all kind of way, which was very refreshing. They knew I was a beginner and unfamiliar with the process, and never once did I feel like they were trying to take advantage of that. Quite the opposite, actually. They were encouraging and helpful, and provided me with great advice for learning gun safety and practice.
Long story short, I highly recommend coming here if you are a first time gun owner/buyer, or if you are a woman looking to buy a gun. This place made me feel safe and secure, and they are highly professional but also very personable and easy to talk to.

very smooth NFA transfer process, the management is very competent. They do things very effective. They always make sure to call to provide updates, very reliable. I do wish they can charge one transfer fee for multiple items that come in batches.

Cheapest Glock Blue Label dealer in the Seattle area. Great guys with a sense of humor behind the counter. A little patience goes a long way and you'll be treated with respect. Ammo and accessory pricing is on-par with big box stores so there's no reason not to support your LGS!
