Quickest and painless blood draw I’ve experienced (Sierra). Appointment scheduling seems to be a bit too tight. Early appointments seem best, beginning at 7:45 AM.

The women were so rude to my husband. They lied and said he was late but was in the waiting room the whole time with a broken kiosk, then in the middle of talking the lady just walks away from the conversation. After saying he needs to make a new appointment for a later day even though the waiting room was empty. He then saw her leaving the building. Awful experience.

Sierra was so nice! She got me in and out very quickly during my appointment which was towards the end of their day. This quest facility was close to my job, super convenient, no complaints about service.

They only have one person on staff and they refused to see me on my scheduled date for testing. Complete waste of My time. If I could give 0 stars 0 definitely would.

Does not let you know what kind of service you are making an appointment for. Will waste you time and money and force you to make an appointment for the service you need for another day. The appointment website needs a ton of work.

I was late to my appointment and yes, my bad. I checked in at the kiosk and it says they allow customers to get on a wait list. I was there for over 20 minutes and only saw one person called in. There were 6 people in the waiting room. Finally an employee came out and told me they are appointment only at that location. Update your kiosk and get it together. I'm not quite sure how a urine test would take more than 2 minutes. Don't waste your time at this location.

I’ve been twice, and both times were quick and easy. I usually get a bruise, but not this time. Excellent job by the phlebotomist.

I was a walk in for lab work since the other office was unsuccessful in drawing blood. Check in process was easy and I was worked in very quickly. Austin was very pleasant, quick and efficient, and so patient with my difficult veins! Thank you!

The system wasn't working correctly. It was very confusing. No one knew who was next. I needed a butterfly needle to draw my blood and they were out. Didn't run out that day either.

Fast and Efficient.
No wait for my appointment at appointment time.
Was in and out super quickly probably took 6 minutes or so. Phlebotomist seemed to know what they were doing and get what they needed efficiently.
Parking lot was basically full though.

I see why people don’t like this place. The two stars I gave are purely for the fact that my appt was prompt and I didn’t experience any delays like other people have in the reviews, though that’s probably due to the fact that my appt was first thing in the morning. The lab tech wasn’t particularly rude or mean but she also wasn’t friendly by any means. I let her know before starting that they typically draw from my hands as my arm veins are hard to get but she didn’t listen and used my arm instead, as I expected she couldn’t get it and had to poke me a second time in my hand. At first she couldn’t get it and had to redirect which is fine I work in the medical field so I give grace and I also know I’m a hard stick the issue I have is that after the fact I was dizzy and asked if I could have some juice and she looked at me and said we don’t have any. What!? This is a facility dedicated to drawling blood and you’re telling me you don’t have juice or crackers or anything for patients after you poke them multiple times and they become light headed? I personally don’t believe that and am fairly certain she was just too lazy to go get some. Bottom line I’m not sure this place and their staff actually care about their patients. Unfortunately it is the closest location to me and I will likely have to return because the doctors office I go to uses them for labs. Maybe next time will be a better experience.

I had an appointment on 3.15 at 3:30. The lobby was full of people also with appointments. I was the earliest appointment and wasn't called back until 4:00. No one came out to the lobby to update us and when I asked why they are never on time for appointments the tech said, "oh it's because I'm training someone". I also asked the tech to confirm the UA they had me do was for my drug screening. I asked her 3 different times as this same tech has messed up my labs before. And she said she didn't know what kind of UA the doctor ordered. Well come to find out she only submitted my urine for 1 of the 2 tests my doctor requested. I am SO SICK of this tech and her messing my labs up and wasting my time. DO BETTER!

I did a blood draw for a google study. I set my appointment online, and they texted me about 2 hours before my appointment with a link to use to check in as I pulled up. I clicked it from the parking lot and went in. I barely had time to sit before a lady called my name. I was in and out in 5 minutes. Nice
