My moms was living at an Adult Family home. They gave ReadyMeds her bank account information without my permission and after I closed the account with Ready Meds.

Absolutely monstrous of Ready Meds Pharmacy/management to make single underpaid Andy run around trying and failing to hold the whole store together. Stop trying to cut labor costs and making life worse for everybody!
May this company be dismantled. This complaint is not specific to this location.

Web interface for paying bills is atrocious. Not clear how to configure auto pay, no confirmation before deleting old statements, mobile experience is terrible.
Edit: The website, where I can pay my bill, and bears the same name as your pharmacy "is in no way related"? That makes no sense. Why don't the owners of the pharmacy select a better online payment portal?

Great service and great people. I used to put all my Rx together and I was occasionally making errors. The prepacks solved my problem. Over the years I've had changes in meds. Kaiser pharmacy coordinates with Ready Meds and I always have the right pills packed for AM and PM.

To be place in line for 20 mins is not good at all.
The inaccurate label of medications and MAR and failed to provide copy of order is also not good.
Too many connections or third party when addressing concerns or refilling medications.
There are lots of affected customers especially in long term care facilities.
Back 2008 to 2014 Ready meds is the best pharmacy for me,without any errors at all. But now,the service is drastically changed and not good.

I do love the convenience of being able to get my rx as the place is convenient for me distance wise. I will say the customer service tends to lack in empathy when trying to assist the patient, I understand that everyone is responsible for their tasks, but I was completely ignored and no one even tried to acknowledge me or even simply say," Hey, someone will be with you shortly." I don't mind simple gestures like that, but it's the being oblivious of your surroundings that gets me. I work in patient care, I always try and make sure that people are taken care of or state someone will be with you, shortly. I try and give this place a fair rating, because I do have some good experiences, but most cases it is far and few between when I have a pleasant interaction. I just believe you guys need to have a better system where people can sense when a patient is at the front and make sure they will be assisted in a timely manner. I don't even mind waiting awhile, as long as someone acknowledges my existence. Other than that, I get my medication on time and not too much of hassle.

Says they can order the correct type of prescribed medication that doesn’t cause problems to my skin every month but keep giving me the run around about it when it’s time to order and not very helpful finding the solution due to the manufacturer they order from. Disappointed about the customer service in the pharmacy over this as well.

I was thinking it would be nice getting my meds delivered to me NOT. They never give my meds on time which is not good. I was supposed to get my meds on 3-1-24 waited all day. It never arrived so I called them the next day. They said they processed my meds after 10pm that Friday.They should have processed it the day before. I had enough I am going to get my meds myself. Ready meds you really need to give people their meds on time. You are gambling with peoples health you can get in lots of trouble.

You guys are going down ...Customer service is worst that I ever experienced.You hire unqualified, rude pharmacist that suppose to be educate with at least common sense and respect of self.
