Terrence is a delight to work with and goes above and beyond the call of duty to make sure the warehouse runs well in all aspects. My business has been renting since last summer and we just put in for a larger unit. We're very happy with ReadySpaces and hope to continue warehousing with them into the future :)

I had a fantastic experience working with Terrence, the facility manager at RS Seattle. From start to finish, he was professional, helpful, and incredibly easy to work with. He took the time to answer all my questions, made the move-in process smooth, and was always available when I needed assistance. It’s clear he cares about the customers and takes pride in maintaining a clean and secure facility. I wouldn’t hesitate to do business with him again - highly recommended!

Great space for any business that is looking to scale without signing a longterm lease and the GM is super nice helps us with everything we need. Plus 24 hour access can't beat it.

To begin with, they do not answer the order number.
They give you an appointment at a time and start downloading and halfway through the download they tell you another day.
And they don't unload with forklifts, it's in bulk box by box.

Needed a space to store all of my business inventory. Terrence was quick to respond (VERY IMPORTANT) and send out all the information needed to get my storage space right away.
He was very informative and went above and beyond to make sure my space was ready.

Thrilled to have found this space! Although the storage area is not climate-controlled, due to the setup, it is dry and well-insulated. The temperature is comfortable in contrast to outside temperatures. The loading dock makes moving quick and easy. The restrooms are clean and very accommodating. The kitchen area is a fantastic bonus with refrigerator, microwave, coffee maker and tables. There is a lot of great meeting space for an impromptu brainstorming session and also private office space for confidential meetings. Access is available 24 hours and you get all of this at a very reasonable price. Terrence, the GM, is professional, friendly and great to work with. We feel very fortunate to have found ReadySpaces.

Brand New, they're still finishing the building, but they are already taking in new businesses/ customers.Office spaces not ready yet, but lots of warehouse locations, open 24-7, brand new clean & nice space, & even nicer people
