For years, I thought I was doing enough working out, once a week, on my own, no direction. Then came covid, and I was (still am) working from home, and I had no excuses of not committing to my health. I now work out 3-4 days a week with group classes and one on one, and at age 61, feel healthier than I have ever been. Workouts are fun, adaptive and most importantly produce results!. Chris and Aaron do a fantastic job in tailoring workouts that meet our specific needs. My best days are when I leave the gym, muscles fatigued, drenched in sweat, and ready to conquer the world.

I have worked with Chris Ransier, on and off, for 14 years in various capacities.I initially hired him as my personal trainer to assist me with my weight loss goals. I found him to be exceptionally good at keeping me safe, motivating and challenging me with exercises that kept me engaged, gave correct feedback to help me become consistent, and provided nutrition and dieting guidance.As I worked through my weight loss journey, I added more goals. Chris was outstanding at helping to design specific routines and exercises to help me accomplish them. His self-motivation also helped push me to reach my goals. He continuously leads by example.Currently, I work with him in a group class setting. He is adept at assessing the group's physical limitations and providing movements based on their general fitness level. He always maintains high energy and high expectations. He possesses exceptional leadership skills, has the patience of a saint and makes class fun.I wouldn't go anywhere else for my fitness needs.

I have been a member of Rebel Fitness and Performance for some time now, and I can confidently say that it's one of the best gyms I've ever been to. Chris and Aaron, the co-owners, are experts in their field and are extremely knowledgeable about physiology, nutrition, training and body mechanics. I don’t even know where to start. Rebel Fitness is awesome! The facility has the beta equipment I’ve seen in a gym. Cody and Aaron as so knowledgeable and do an amazing job at helping you reach your goals, regardless of what they are. I’ve lifted some weights before, but having Cody organize and walk me through my training was a complete game changer. With safety being their main goal, I felt comfortable learning how to exercise correctly and most importantly, be in the best shape of my life. I’ve seen them work with clients of all ages. If you’re looking for a new gym and or fitness guidance, save yourself the trouble of searching around and check Rebel out.

Clean space and knowledgeable instructors! There are several class times to choose from and no two classes are the same. Every instructor is highly educated and very attentive to form and possible injury. Rebel Fitness is a welcoming environment well suited to all fitness levels!

I never enjoyed going to the gym until I started going to Rebel Fitness. Aaron, Chris and Michelle are super supportive, attentive and have created an inclusive community that includes individuals of all fitness levels. I appreciate that I can attend a class after a long day and always look forward to seeing everyone. One of the owners is a Veteran and on Thursday nights, Rebel provides a welcoming and supportive space for Veterans to come together. I highly recommend anyone who is looking for more than a traditional gym and more of a community to join Rebel today!

Go for a free class and give this place a try!! I've been going to Rebel for 6 months and it's so worth it. The trainers really know their stuff and they're attentive, supportive, and down-to-earth. The small group format is friendly and fun without being overwhelming. I've done F45 and OTF before, but Rebel offers really personalized attention. I seriously can't say anything negative about this gym.

I’ve been a part of the at Rebel community since they opened in 2012. Chris and Aaron have created a safe, respectful and, dare I say enjoyable place for a solid workout. The group sessions are a great way to learn proper form and personal training sessions allow you continue to push your boundaries. It is truly a positive community where you can and will achieve your fitness goals. Highly recommend (and I have to many friends).

Rebel Fitness is a life changer! I started with Chris two years ago doing personal training. The wealth of knowledge and amount of care that is put into the work they do at Rebel is unlike any other. I am stronger, happier, and more motivated to move and be active. The personal training has been a great outlet and has enabled me to move through and grow past fears from prior injuries. The trainers personalize workouts to me, and as my abilities have changed, so have my workouts. Weights have gotten heavier as I got stronger and the intensity of the workout has increased as my endurance has improved. The trainers really care about their clients.Though the gym may look like a CrossFit, it is far from it. Classes are not based on max weights or time challenges and the workouts are always different. In two years, of both personal training and classes, I don't think I've ever had the same workout twice.Rebel classes are a great balance of interval training with weights and movement and the coaches are really good at critiquing body form during movements to avoid injury.I would highly recommend this gym to anyone looking for guided workouts or personal training!

I found Rebel early 2021. While I worked out regularly solo I knew I needed more. Their expertise and genuine interest in my health and wellness goals help transform my body. Aaron and Cody provide an environment to truly enjoy your workouts. Couldn't be more happy with the entire Rebel community.

Rebel is a welcoming, community friendly, safe and positive gym for all fitness levels. The owners Aaron and Chris are knowledgeable trainers who are diligent about proper training to prevent injuries so that you can accomplish your fitness goals. In addition to 1:1 training, they provide fun and challenging group classes. I have known them both since their days at 24, but have been training with Aaron for the last 5 years now, and I am grateful for the personalized workouts focused on mobility, balance, and strength so that I can continue with my adventurous lifestyle. If you have some goals you want to achieve, check this place out!

The trainers at Rebel Fitness are dedicated to helping build a stronger, healthier, better version of you. And despite your initial fitness level, any feelings of intimidation or thoughts of being “less than”, you will be coached to an overall sense of well-being in a supportive, positive and fun environment that turns into real sense of community.I don’t know how Chris, Aaron and Michelle structure such different routines for every class, but there are no repeats and thus no possibility of growing bored, ever.The gym itself is immaculate.You will be amazed by what you can accomplish and by how supportive the environment is.Definitely “5 Stars”.

Awesome facility, best personal trainers, great group classes. I call it my second homeEDIT: iIt is 2023, and I still agree with this 100%. Truly amazing trainers, spacious and ALWAYS CLEAN facility, the only problem is that they are in Renton WA and not in Santa Rosa CA where lately I have been spending most of my time.

After a friend introduced me to Rebel several years ago, I was instantly hooked! I had bounced around a few different gyms where I was hoping for the right balance of daily workouts + personal training, but never found the perfect fit… until I found Rebel. Chris and Aaron are super attentive and will work with you on your goals, whether it’s group class or personal training. They make “going to the gym” FUN and have created a supporting community that feels like family. I highly recommend Rebel to anyone looking for a place to workout that will encourage and push you to be your best self!
