I called the store manager last saturday-01/20/24 to fix the problem on my account but she is so rude and doesnt want to listen to what im saying and asking. She talks to me in a such a way she ridicule, degrade and discriminate me as i have a strong accent and english is not my 1st language. She is laughing and disrespect me by not listening to what im saying and she keeps on interrupting. Ive been a customer since 2014 and i already got a lot of merchandise and paid off over the past 10 yrs and as a person and a customer i have the right to be respected and get help when i needed especially from a store manager but that is not the case with how she treated me. The problem is, i am paying every 2 weeks. I paid last 01/12 for 2 weeks of $177.07 and should be due next on 01/27 but on my acct i am due for $162.07 on 01/20 thats only a week from the last time that i paid and shes saying that im already due and wants to come pick up my merchandise, for what? Im not due until 1/27 yet? She runs her mouth without properly checking the acct first and answer my question and she's so proud to say she's the manager and that's the point you are on that position for a reason and it's to help out your customers and not to ridicule and discriminate them. I'm looking ways how to talk to their corporate regarding her and also thinking of filing a complaint to the state attorney general.

I had a horrible experience!!!!!!I recently ordered a mattress and frame which was never delivered!!! Almost a month later I called to ask for my refund! It’s been over 2 weeks and still no refund! So frustrating

I returned all my stuff bc Micheal is rude and unworthy of being a manager very unprofessional and honestly when I left a review he called me to yell at me about my review I am allowed to review how I please , when there is a new manager I will come back

Been with this store for many years paid off many items had great experiences, but since the store has gone under new management, I’ve been disrespected multiple times by the manager, Michael, not a great store to do business with. I am honestly in the process of returning all items, even though I made my payment this month I just don’t want to do business with someone this arrogant and disrespectful, I don’t know how you hired this type of person to be a manager I don’t think he knows the laws when it comes to business for one he should’ve never told me the last managers business and why she was fired. It’s not professional and honestly can get him a lawsuit when you want to do business with people you should never talk down to them I was nothing but respectful and I asked questions why I was being charged late fees when I was making payments on time and I had proof to show him that he refused to take into account. Bad business if you’re thinking of starting a new lease, I suggest you try a different store.

My previous experiences with them have been okay but this last one causes for a review. They have a high turnover rate but this last and most recent manager is ridiculously unprofessional. My husband has been a client with them ever since covid hit and has bought multiple different things from them and paid them off. It all started when the due date came and they called my husband multiple times while he was working so he was unable to answer. Mind you this is the ACTUAL DUE DATE not even late or anything. When my husband finally spoke with him he went OFF and him and wouldn't allow him to speak or anything. It was next to profanity being used. I was in customer service for 15 years and that is not the way to treat a valued customer that has been doing so much business with them. I decided to be the voice of reason after he hung up on my husband I called him back and told him not to worry that the payment would be made when due which was at the end of the business day and I explained that a courtesy call would have been nice instead of treating us like criminals. He threatened to come to our house and said he knew where we lived amongst other things. I would never have expected to be spoken to this way. I would have given better reviews for past experiences with other workers but this last batch has me never wanting to deal with them again. If this is how they treat people before a due date I would hate to see what it's like to be late. The next purchase I make will have to be through a different company and if it absolutely has to be through them it would not be at this location.

Staff is uninformed and rude. Calls to work even after payment schedule communicated. Called the day before payment was scheduled at my work number to interrupt work day to tell me they don't have my address or apartment on file even though they've delivered items to my home and picked something up for a total of three visits. Went in to inquire about adding an additional item showing as available on website. Was told it was out of stock, and nothing could be ordered for me. Was contacted less than a month later and told the same item was now available and they weren't sure why I was told it couldn't be ordered.Will tell you anything to get you into a contract. Poor quality furniture items. Avoid at all costs.

Rent a Center had been fantastic and very friendly and personable always. They moved our bed for us when we moved and have always been helpful and addressed all of our questions always.

The blatant disrespect is disgusting the ridiculous furniture that was sent to me is a shame. I'm going to have to seek legal counsel. This doesn't make sense.
