This place has the absolute WORST pharmacy EVER. You are lucky if the drive through is open, and Lord help you if you need to call them. They don't answer the phone. I called multiple times on more than one occasion and no one answered. When someone finally DID answer, I was thrown on hold without being given the chance to even say hello! I simply wanted to ask if they had received both of my daughter's medication orders because they texted that only one was ready.No one came back on the line for FIFTEEN MINUTES.Ridiculous service, Rite Aid. I would have expected better.

The reviews about this pharmacy are accurate. I wish I'd read them before I wasted 2 hours with no resolve while my husband waited for his post-surgery meds. Go elsewhere. (Rite Aid - no need to respond to me as you have responded to several negative pharmacy reviews and the issue remains unresolved.)

PSA: Riteaid On Sunset Has The Asian Male With Glasses About 5'8-9" Slim Built. Is The Rudest Unprofessional ILL Mannered Pharmacist ASSistant I've Ever Came Across! Not Worth The Connveniance Of Drive Threw Pick Up. Decided To Go Back, Out Of Our Way 5 Miles To The Nearest FRED MEYER For Prescriptions. Dropped off prescription around 4:00 pm . An hours later I stop by try to get the medication they said it out of stock need to order. I drove home in 15 minute's later they text me said it ready. Today I came and pick up my medication they said it not ready has to come back. It wasting of olot of my time. It very bad service if it is not ready don't try to fool me to come in.I don't have time to drove back and forth and sit in your store waiting on my medication!

Absolutely the WORST, most unprofessional pharmacy EVER. They are extremely rude, defensive, and never efficient. Today was a line of folks in the store at 10am. Calls were constantly placed on hold, up until 20 minutes time. Someone finally decided to answer and they made no apologies for the wait, nor any explanation of why no one was at the drive up window. They constantly argue with you, and claim they are understaffed. That sounds like a THEM problem. I am here to pick up a prescription. You should be coming in and preparing for opening at 9am!!! You're putting up signs at 10:15 while people are waiting, and the drive up is STILL CLOSED. Can't blame this on Covid. This pharmacy has been incompetent for years! I'm finally done and switching my prescriptions elsewhere. I don't care how convenient it is. It's actually INCONVENIENT if you include time waiting for them to finally decide to open on time, or answer their phone, or hire enough staff!!! I am very angry with the nonchalant attitude and responses we are constantly given, yet they want you to be kind and patient? Pathetic. Perhaps, try to be that yourself. Pharmacy is not just filling prescriptions. It's CUSTOMER SERVICE TOO!!!

I had asked Rite aid if they could fill my prescription for more than a month at a time so I didn't have to go there once a month. They said no. Now, I have my prescription filled at Costco. Without my asking, they filled my prescription for 3 months worth at a time! Yay!

This pharmacy is a great pharmacy. These people are not doctors and they're dealing with sick and impatient people all day. They can only do so much. They have to wait for insurance companies and doctors to approve prescriptions! They are kind and honestly the best pharmacy I have found.

In the last two weeks, I have been fortunate enough to pickup three prescriptions (at three different times) at Rite Aid Pharmacy on 140th Avenue SE in Renton WA. The service I received at the drive thru window each visit was excellent. Both the pharmacist and the pharmacy clerk went beyond the call of duty to answer my questions about the new medicines as well review the side effects, etc. I was so grateful not only for their knowledge but their customer service expertise. This Rite Aid more than deserves a five star rating!

The absolute worst. I dropped my Rx off and she said give us an hour, then they called to say won't be ready until tomorrow after 5. Then I get here 2 days later because I know they're never ready on time and the lady says oh it's not ready yet give us 20 minutes. This happens all the time! And the pharmacist working up top pretends they don't see you or acknowledge you're there. I absolutely hate this service here!!! It's every single time too!!
