Picked up my refill at the pharmacy great over the phone system to request refills easy simple to use. Ready for pickup they asked if I wanted a quick consult with the pharmacist great professionalism. This place is great. Lowest competitive prices for meds and Lowest copays.

The pharmacy staff here are so lovely and so very helpful! Got my vaccines here and literally didn't feel a thing. Had some soreness after the fact(which is 100% normal) and the pharmacist talked me through it and made me feel a lot better. I have pretty bad anxiety so I really appreciated how patient and soft spoken he was. 10/10!!!

Worst pharmacy EVER. I can honestly say this is the most disorganized pharmacy I’ve ever dealt with. Not only do they lose prescriptions that are for controlled substances with no applogy, but their customer service is a joke. If you’re in line at 1:29pm the tall pharmasist will LITERALLY close the security gate in your face at 1:30 because “they have to take lunch”. You have 5 employees in the pharmacy area and you’ve decided it’s best practice to ALL take lunch at 1:30? Okay, even then, when someone has been waiting in line, you service them.After years of being an admittedly s***** of a customer, I’ll just go across the street to Walgreens where the shelves are stocked, they don’t lose prescriptions and would never close a door on a waiting/paying customers face.

The pharmacy staff are reliably uncommunicative, sometimes to the point of hostility. Their automated systems are a joke and often give flat-out false information. I have never had so much trouble trying to simply fill basic prescriptions I've been on for years. I hate to say it, but do yourself a favor and go to literally any other pharmacy if you have the option.

This place has the absolute WORST pharmacy EVER. You are lucky if the drive through is open, and Lord help you if you need to call them. They don't answer the phone. I called multiple times on more than one occasion and no one answered. When someone finally DID answer, I was thrown on hold without being given the chance to even say hello! I simply wanted to ask if they had received both of my daughter's medication orders because they texted that only one was ready. No one came back on the line for FIFTEEN MINUTES. Ridiculous service, Rite Aid. I would have expected better.

I picked up a prescription for a neighbor and the pharmacy was a little slow due to register being down, but tech was friendly and apologetic about the wait. I asked if restroom was available and she directed me to get a key from the front of the store. I went up front and no one came to the cash desk for a couple of minutes. I asked for the key and a very rude middle aged woman with dark red hair worn in a bun and a thick accent eyed me up and down. She said restrooms were for customers only in a very condescending tone. I advised her I had just picked up something in the pharmacy and was, therefore, a “customer”. She silently walked me to the restroom and I asked her why she was being so rude about my request. She informed me she did not like to give out the key because it gets lost, and opened the door for me. I said her tone was rather judgmental of me and asked if she was a store manager. She said she was, and I said she should probably represent her company’s policies over her own personal judgment of others. It was obvious to me as she eyed my coat and backpack that she thought I was going to steal something. She should have just been honest about her concern, to which I would have been understanding instead of giving me attitude. Training, please, Rite Aid! ?
