The manager/owner of this store is very odd. She and her assistant were following my kid and her friends around the entire store and even had a conversation with them stating that she was following them because they had backpacks on (they went after school ended) My kid and her friends are all young teenagers, they aren't even 15 yet. The manager and her assistant were lurking around the store and watching them. This made all of the kids very uncomfortable. Do not shop here the staff are unfriendly and weird.

This place is horrible for prescriptions. I pay in advance so I can just stop by and pick it up on the way home. I get a text saying that prescription will be returned if not picked up by a certain day. So I show up before that day to find out that they already returned it earlier than the text stated. They say they can refill it and will be done in 30 minutes, I then get a text saying that prescription expired and waiting for the doctor to approve my refill. Looks like I will be taking my prescriptions elsewhere

The woman at the front is incredibly unhelpful. First she told me there was no prescription for me, so I pushed for her to look. She found it. Then she told me I couldn’t use my manufacturer coupon, I told her I could, and someone in the back agreed with me so she entered it. Lastly, she told me my medication wouldn’t be ready till after 2PM, (2 hours later), so I started driving home, and 5 minutes later I got a text that my medication was ready. Accessing medication shouldn’t be this difficult, and workers should make it even harder for us.

The corporation had to buy bots to give them a good review and it could not be more obvious less than five words good service, good pharmacy no real person or human would be saying that about this location. I’ve spent days trying to get through to somebody on the phone now they have my father-in-law‘s medication‘s lost in the ether because I cannot get anybody on the phone And nobody seems to ever come to the drive-through window. It might as well not exist. I will continue to drive to the next town over to avoid this location and as this continue to never offer Rite Aid or Bartels any of my business it seems as though the rest of the world is on the same page. They do not care less about their customer service or the fact that they are in an industry that is meant to be saving lives with life saving medication’s. This level of incompetence couldn’t eventhrive at a McDonald’s.

These people are shameless these are elderly needing their medications and they leave you on hold if your lucky enough to get them to have the line clear to call then a simple transfer is impossible they just hang up knowing it takes 30 plus minutes to get them on the phone! Incompetency that I'm able to write and edit this comment and still no answer-
Clocks going on 26 minutes w out an answer!

Been trying to get through to this staff in the pharmacy all day long since 11am and currently got an answer barely had a chance to request an important refill be transferred and promptly told to hold where I have been now for 27 mins and calling on another line to no avail
I can’t guess why they’re going out of business w customer service like this!

DO NOT HAVE YOUR PRESCRIPTION/MEDS sent here!
Came here at 7:15pm, (Pharmacy closes at 8pm) had my 3 year old daughter’s meds sent there the day before but it was still not fulfilled. Mind you, I have been calling the pharmacy number for a good 30 minutes since 6PM with no answer (keeps looping me).
This is my second time trying to pick up medicine for my daughter after her doctors appointment and it seems like they do not fill it UNLESS you call in advance, BUT when you call, the line doesn’t go through. Pointless!
You are forced to drive there BUT told to go back the NEXT day! Waist of time but more importantly NOT ACCEPTABLE for urgent needs!
To top it off, the lady who serviced me at the front was so condescending when I told her I have been trying to call with no success. She looked at me and gave an excuse that the ONLY reason that the line probably didn’t go through was they were busy fulfilling other orders. NOW if you have stopped in this location, it is FAR from busy (almost out of business to be transparent) She didn’t even apologize for the inconvenience and told me to come back tomorrow and the meds will be fulfilled after 2PM. That is ridiculous! To have my daughter wait 2 days to get medication is beyond professional!
Worst customer service ever! Why work in a field of supporting people to get better/ feel better but have no ounce of empathy or remorse for their time! Either hire more people or stop accepting meds to fulfill if you cannot do it in a timely manner.

I thoroughly enjoy shopping at Rite Aid on 140th Ave. SE in Renton. The pharmacy is great, and the employees in the rest of the store are very helpful.

They reshelved my blood pressure medicine a day earlier than their excessively many harassment texts indicated. I guess lifesaving medication is optional? I dislike everything about Rite Aid (price, selection, quality, service) but I was using them because they are near home. Now I have to scramble to get my refill elsewhere - because Rite Aid sucks.
