Slow, understaffed, it should not take 20+ minutes in line to pick up a prescription.Edit - so now I am supposed to give Rite Aid more of my time for free to explain to you on another forum how you wasted my time? You have loads and loads of customer data - use it. If you want more, you can pay me for it.

I never write review but this Rite Aid pharmacy is the worst I have ever experienced. They are always saying they just received a prescription ( even though their sent electronically they receive as soon as the doctor hits submit) they tell you they are short staff and most likely wont get to your rx until later or you may have to come back the next day. I would advise if you need your medication the same day don't go there. Update I reviewed my son antibiotics rx and they didn't put a dot in between the frequency of use and ml does... I WOULD HATE TO SEE IF SOMEONE TRUSTED THAT INSTEAD OF QUESTIONING IT THEY WOULD OVERDOES THEIR CHILD!!

I had a prescription to fill for my baby. Whe. I arrived, the pharmacy asked me toncome in the next day. The clerk dod not provide a reason so i asked why. She told me the pharmarcy was backed up. I asked her what needed to be done and she said the label needed to be printed and the pulls needed to to be counted. This is not out of the ordinary for pharmacy. I shouod have asked for a ma ger. Denied medocation for my baby is unaccetable and dangerous. Ill be suing.

Another long wait at the Fairwood Rite Aid pharmacy. I arrived there, and there was a gent waiting at the window. I'm waiting behind him for about 5 minutes and discovered, nobody waited on him yet. None of the workers told him, "I'll be there shortly". I whistled and finally somebody came to the window. The problem could be that the executives and CEO do not want to hire more people. They might claim that they are hiring and nobody is coming in for interviews. It could be that most businesses pay peanuts because the executives and CEO love their multimillion dollar salaries and bonuses (greedy money hoarders).

I have never had to deal with a pharmacy experience like this. They are sluggish, uninformed, and they do not answer their phone unless called 3 times in a row without fail. The pharmacists do not care about their customers at all. I have received the wrong count of my medications on multiple occasions, and my important medications are put on hold without warning or notice. I do not recommend.

Absolutely one of the worst pharmacies one could have the displeasure dealing with here in Renton.The drive through window is never open. The go-to excuse now is that their Point of Sale system doesn't work, or that they've had to close early because they can't staff properly.The prescriptions are never actually ready. Got a text saying it is? Nah, that's a lie. It's not ready, and it won't be ready till they feel like it. Give it an extra day or three.Want to transfer your prescription because you're tired of dealing with this place? Yeah, good luck. They never answer their phone. Ever. We had to work with CVS for a week to get prescriptions transferred over to the location down the road. They explained that this Rite Aid Pharmacy simply ignores all phone calls. Super helpful stuff.Finally it's the general attitude that you get from people here. Rite Aid, I don't know what you've done to these people to make them miserable as holy hell, but you've succeeded. Never had this poor of an experience at the location up in Totem Lake.Do yourself an absolute favor and just go somewhere else.Rite Aid needs to send some corporate person here to clean house.

Our father is 89 and needs the drive up window at the pharmacy at the Fairwood store which they refuse to open! It's super frustrating and shows a lack of concern for seniors and disabled folks!!! Open the drive up window please!!! Hire enough folks to provide good service!!!

I give this store one star so I may write this review. For reasons beyond control of their employees; when you call no one answers, I have tried to use their app. to refill and has never worked, I have tried 3 times to use the auto-refill line and this prescription doesn't get refilled the past 3 months. Now I have to drive up there and ask for a refill. Thank goodness I am retired. IF ANYONE AT CORPORATE CARES, PLEASE FIX THIS VERY DISFUNCTIONAL PHARMACY AND HIRE MORE PEOPLE AND DON'T BE AFFRAID TO PAY THEM!!!

1. While this location has a drive through, it hasn't been open for months. 2. I have requested refills both by phone and through the app & website that are never filled. After waiting weeks I would call to find out where my Rx is only to be told that it will be ready tomorrow. Clearly, they are not filling things as requested, only when people call to harass them about it! 3. Regular monthly maintenance meds are never in stock. I call for a refill, wait a few days, call to see where my refill is, am told they don't have it in stock, wait for the refill to arrive... there have been multiple times I've had to get samples from my doctor to hold me over the several weeks I'm waiting for a refill. I also want to add, the pharmacy is clearly understaffed for the amount of work they have. Of course they are frustrated, over worked, and grumpy. I completely understand this. I see this more as a fault of the corporation than the individual workers. Times have been tough... but if you can't staff your stores well enough to take care of your customers, we will go elsewhere. (Which is exactly what I'm doing. And to preemptively answer the response I'm sure to get... I'm not spending any more time by contacting Rite Aid customer service. I'm done.)

Went to this pharmacy and although it was busy and backed up the staff are extremely professional and hard working. Just read some reviews and especially the one below I just don’t understand how customer can give 1 star to the staff as it’s not their fault for being understaff. Are you people not aware of our economy and the fact that there’s layoffs and the entire corporate retail space are short bodies. I was actually there in line when that protest was happening. People are nasty and not understanding. Those people were going in the pharmacy banging on the gate not allowing the employee and staff to close using profanity and threatening them. To my understanding it’s a safety hazard for the staff to close later than the expected time as I hear many pharmacies getting robbed especially at night. Those who come 10 min before closing at any retail space are looked down upon. Maybe next time come way before the time or just send your prescription else where.

Got a sick kid that needs a prescription. Drive-through closed. So I park and walk inside. The prescription isn’t ready and I’m told it will be in two hours. Drive home. Get a text it is ready just as I get home (could have just waited). So, drive back. Get there at 1:32 and find out they are randomly closed from 1:30-2:00. This information is not posted to Google, their website, or any public apps. So I’ve wasted several hours of my day trying to get meds for my sick child. This is a very poorly run operation. Will be going elsewhere from now on.

This has been such an easy efficient pharmacy to pick up prescriptions until about 2 mo ago.The drive thru was a no brainer I enjoyed the convienence.Now the drivethru is closed ,and prescriptions arnt ready inside most times tho you recieved a text saying that it IS ready.Typically they will ask you to wait 15-20 min when you show up.Tonight took the cake and I will no longer be using this place .I did walk in 4 min before the pharmacy closes at 6pm,thinking id just try my luck that no one else was there,or short line.There were probably 9-10 people in.line,3 ahead of me had been there 10 min already.They were talking and saying tho this riteaid is closest for them,they were not going back as their.prescripts wrre never ready even after waiting 4 days.They had tried calling the pharmacy but they never answer.I chimed in Id also been told to call in to make sure my order was ready but no one ever picked up.Exactly at 6m with all these people in line -the pharmisist or person at the window hollers out the person she is helping is the last customer!!WTH??? The ladies in front of me were loudly protesting as theyd been there 10-15 min.The pharmisist replied she was shutting down,that they had been watching the line and people had shown up too late!WTH?? It wasnt true,and I didnt mind waiting till tomorrow,but some people needed their meds.One customer ran up to the window as the pharmasist is pulling the cage down very distraught.She just kept on pulling tho. ,almost shutting her inside of it n nearly banging her in the head.Peolple were protesting and yelling at her calloused attitude.The manager of the store came over and was very apologetic but said she could not do anything.That she would call upper mgt in the morn.This whole thing couldve been avoided if the pharmacy didnt get so far behind to begin with. Its really just a mess.Id rather drive 10 more minutes to CVS and be treated professionally than see customers treated so poorly.0 stars is a more accurate rating.

This pharmacy is extremely under staffed so their drive thru is closed half the time and this is their excuse for every mistake that is made. They fail to communicate regarding refills or issues with refills so I have wasted countless trips to only find out they didn't have a prescription I went to pick up even when I called ahead. Zero customer service and now they close at 6 pm so I cant even get there in time after I get off of work to pick up refills. I am changing pharmacys ASAP!!!! Thanks for causing my family litteral pain due to running out of needed medication.
