No ketchup packets in the deli (last week of July) and one of the entrances is now always closed (presumably because of shop lifters). Put the thieves in jail. I want to use the more convenient door. Spend a few bucks a month and have ketchup for customers at your deli. Is this really too much to ask?

The worst Safeway store in this area. ONE CHECKER, ON A BUSY SATURDAY. EXTREMELY ghetto, never any parking, NO trash cans for trash except the small one in the front for wipes. Pretty lazy to remove all of them, where do you expect people to throw things away. My husband was rudely yelled at by an employee for just trying not to litter, and they insisted he did the trash out, and take it all the way to the back near the seafood department? Is that how you treat paying customers? Should he have just left the trash in the parking lot, or in his cart instead? Absolutely ridiculous. I'd avoid at all cost day and night. Super busy, homeless people roaming around, just not a good location.

I go here all the time. I pick my prescriptions and groceries here. I've never had a problem. My prescriptions are always ready when I need them. And this place has food that I buy. Simple right? Downtown Renton's homelessness problem does affect this Safeway. So far nobody has bothered me. I always shop late at night. They have enough security at night to make my shopping experience feel safe.

NEVER again will I be buying with the Safeway stores!!!! Issues with: 1. Account information being accurate and/or updated as requested 2. Fresh Pass program is a total SCAM! 3. Requests for callback (MULTIPLE TIMES VIA EVERY POSSIBLE MANNER) IGNORED!!!

4/21 - Dawn M., from Safeway, CLAIMS that they want to resolve the matter, HOWEVER NO ONE HAS MADE A REAL EFFORT TO CONTACT ME!!! Tells me that Safeway TRULY does NOT care about their customers concerns!

I asked a manager why one set of doors is locked and explained that having MS makes it difficult to walk when I just want to go to the deli and that's it. This inept individual said because of covid...covid covid covid. Pretty pathetic,I think.

Have yet to have a problem with this station's gas, and if you're from out of the area, you may not use Safeway gas rewards in your hometown- I got gas here at the price of gas in my hometown in Eastern WA, rather than typical Seattle prices, because of my built up rewards status. Thanks!

Walked in at 8:15 about to pee my pants, bathroom was locked and said see self checkout person, self checkout person crawled out of her office to tell me the bathrooms were closed for the night. Asked another checker they said the bathrooms close at 8:30-9:00 or whenever they feel like it. Lazy entitled employees.

Your store at 200 S 3rd St, Renton, WA 98057 is the worst. And you all do NOTHING about it. Tonight I went to pickup some things only to find numerous people standing around the outside of the store panhandling and a new one, a man urinating in the doorway. Get your act together Safeway.

My second visit to this store and my last ever. I have shopped at various Safeway stores all across the county for nearly 60 years this store is disorganized and the manager would rather belittle his employees and ignore the customer. I tried to self check out and the bundle of Safeway bags dropped on the scale and the machine started the warning that I must remove a non scanned item due to the weight of the shopping bags that dropped. The manager ran over and grabbed my items I had already scanned and processed to delay me from scanning the remaining items. I told him I would rather start over scanning but he continued to finger through my items and making accusations that I had dropped a un-scanned item in my bag. It's bad enough that I had to self check my items but now I'm getting harassed by an over weight grocery store manager. He would not stop fooling with my produce so I decided to give up on Safeway and I left the store with an expletive I reserve only for rare occasions. Good by Safeway....
