The boss / male pharmacist is very rude to me anytime I come to pick up my medications. I was given the wrong item once and so I brought it back because I didn't want it laying around in my house. I didn't even ask for a refund because I know that it is typically against policy. He was extremely rude to me and made me re-explain myself multiple times, tried to even come up with a use for this item. I told him I had no use for it and would not need it. He finally took it after arguing for about 5 minutes. Recently went to pick up another script, and I admit I was late by a few weeks as I couldn't afford it until then and it wasn't life saving or anything. He was rude about the lateness, fine whatever, but then kept getting on me about it and basically told me to go away rudely while he filled it. Took a long time and then when I stood at the counter again to check out, he very rudely told me to wait. Unfortunate that this is the pharmacy closest to me so I will have to continue dealing with this rudeness.

Pharmacist Wong and Liya were great! I made a flu and COVID vaccine appointment but still expected to wait a while based on past grocery store pharmacy experiences. They got to me really quickly. Fastest flu vaccine experience I can remember having!

We walked in to the pharmacy for T-dap vaccine at least 1 hour before the closure. There are no other customers. However, the pharmacist refused to give us the shot and said she wants to wrap up.

The manager austin very knowledgeable and gave us timeline of when all our medications will be received. He also applied goodrx for items that are more expensing using insurance. Very good service

Why am I on hold for over like 10 min just to speak with a pharmacist!!!!! Then they don't answer and put you through to a VM.. this is RIDICULOUS!

I usually use Costco pharmacy but I have a sinus infection and Safeway is right by my house so I asked the Doctor to send me prescription there. When I called to make sure the had received it and get an ETA for when it would be ready for pick up they answered the phone but didnt say anything until I said hello several times, I could hear them talking so I assume they meant to place me on hold, when the person did come to the phone he was short and rude, he told me my prescription would be ready at 3, bye and hung up, I didnt even get a chance to offer him my insurance info so that was all ready when I come to pick up my medicine. Clearly their customer service is lacking

They have awesome people who work in the store, deli and Starbucks. I also like the pharmacist, very kind and knowledgeable.

I would give zero stars if possible. There rarely anything in stock and they lack the common courtesy to call and tell you that your medication is not available. I've never had a pharmacy this discourteous before. If my insurance covered my previous pharmacy I would certainly go back to them, I would not recommend this pharmacy to my worst enemy

they never answer the phone. Ive called on different occasions trying to get updates on my prescription, every time some on picks up the phone then hangs up. I would call back and the same thing happens. I completely understand if youre busy, just say that or send me to voicemail. No need to hang up on me.
