Frequently under staffed plus there seems to be several computer qlitches when I phone in my refills. I then have to go in person to straighten their error out and wait and wait in line. Not happy!

The staff here are very rude and irresponsible. I started filling all my family’s prescriptions at this pharmacy three months ago. One of the medications was out of stock, but the staff never informed me when it would be available, never suggested other locations where I could get it, and gave no updates at all — they just ignored it. Another time, I had a 3-month prescription, but they only gave me a 1-month supply. When I went back to ask, they refused to admit their mistake. On top of that, I found that after insurance coverage, Safeway’s prices are about 10% higher than CVS or Walmart. Overall, a very disappointing and frustrating experience.

0 stars out of 5 not 1 star. Never answers the phone, sends text out saying meds are ready when when it's not. But the only way you can find out is to stand in line for about 45 min to an hour. I have been with out medication for 2 months because of this bullshit. Get your shit together

I understand they're overwhelmed since Rite Aid closed down, but the nasty attitude of their techs is something I find abhorrent. If I could go anywhere else (god insurance sucks) I would.

*disclaimer, this review is about the pharmacy overall and not about the individual workers, many of them are awesome people*
absolute worst pharmacy i have ever been to, by far
the lines take forever, and there’s pretty much always lines
the lines are so bad that i’m strongly considering changing locations to the target or newcastle cvs, which is extremely annoying and frustrating because this safeway is less than a half a mile from me
but may not be worth the frustration anymore
please safeway do something about this, this is actually insulting to all your customers, and not fair to your employees

This is by far the worst pharmacy I have been to. The lines are very long, they rarely answer their phones, the female staff are rude and are unhelpful. They make you call your doctor for refills. And I caught them in a tangle about when they exactly mailed my prescriptions to me. It doesn't take over a week, so I called to complain and they blamed the carrier- though suddenly they arrived a couple days later after that call. That was twice they forgot. If they are understaffed, then that is a problem that needs corrected. Very disappointed.

If you’re gonna use this pharmacy, make sure you have a minimum of a half hour to wait in line probably closer to an hour. There’s literally 12 people in line all day every day I go to the store every single day multiple times and there’s always a huge line. This is ridiculous.

Switched here since the nearby Bartells closed….I have called 10-15 times over the last week and not a single call has been answered. Now since seeing the other reviews mentioning a rude staff, I’m dreading having to go in to try and get my questions answered. I will definitely be switching pharmacies asap.

This Pharmacy is no longer working out for me. They CANNOT get prescriptions bundled with Drive Up & Go grocery orders. They do not answer the phone. Out of at lest 10 times I have tried to call, I got through once. And you cannot leave a message, either. I’m sure if isn’t their fault they’re understaffed, but they have either lost or fired everyone who knows how to run a pharmacy. I’m not saying they don’t dispense correctly; I am saying they are not managing the pharmacy as a business. Time for me to go somewhere else. Walgreens is literally across the street, and QFC and another drugstore are (again, literally) now block away. I’m done.

One of the pharmacists made my girlfriend cry when she tried to ask for help finding a nasal spray. We will be following up with the manager at the pharmacy. Do not go here if you don't want to be treated like a nuisance.
