EXTREMELY UPSET!! i went to the store today an got the 15mins before closing and it was Already CLOSED!! SMH!! NO one was there. drove 15mins to get there and it was EXTREMELY dissapointing that it was closed!!! The store should never open untilthe time they advertise!!! SHAME ON THEM!!!!???

Yikes, the young gal with rainbow hair sold me a 10 developer to bleach my hair... Needless to say it didn't work. Thankfully a helpful gal at another sallys refunded me and helped me out.

I was told about Sally's from a friend. I was impressed by their selection of color. All the brands I've seen from Amazon. The prices seem pretty comparable. The person who helped me was a bit hard to understand bc when I asked a question, the answer given didn't pertain to what I asked. I ended up making my own selections after being somewhat confused by it all. I will definitely shop here again and look forward to trying other products from Sally's in the future.

Management should instruct employees not to discuss revenue goals in front of clients. I was paying for my purchase when one of the staff reported to the one helping me that “they were $300 above their goal for the day”. I understand how businesses run, but this is not professional behavior. Having negative experience with the pressure to meet revenue “goals” in my own profession, I found this experience disheartening.
