They impounded my car!!!I had my car towed to theE Valley Rd, Renton location after hours. It's been so long since I've had an accident, I didn't know it doesn't work that way anymore... The next day, not having transportation, I called 4 times, each time my call went to voice-mail. Twice I left a message with my name, phone number and the vehicle I am associated with. Nobody returned my call. The following morning, while I'm picking up a rental car, my car was being impounded unbeknownst to me .I drive straight to the location after picking up the rental car and didn't see my car anywhere. I walk into the office and the receptionist tells me it was impounded as an abandoned vehicle. IT HAD ONLY BEEN ONE DAY! I told her I left two voice messages and she said..."We don't use voice-mail. We don't know how to check our messages"So, my car sits in impound because they don't know how to check voice-mail. Somebody please teach this girl how to check call history on her phone and call back the missed calls!I live below poverty level. I couldn't get my car out of impound... half a day and the bill was $398 plus tax. Then it sat there over the weekend... Service Champs is still Service King with a bad reputation from the days I was an Insurance Producer. Nothing has changed.I went to the Grady way location to see if they could make a suggestion. They were shocked my car was impounded so fast. The GM said she was going to talk to her boss, who is also the other location's boss, and he would be giving me a call. WELL ITS 20 MINUTES UNTIL CLOSING, ON MONDAY AND STILL NO CALL.READING THEIR COMMITMENT TO SERVICE, FIRST THING YOU SEE ON THEIR WEBSITE, I DIDNT KNOW IF I SHOULD CRY OR LAUGH. IT HURT TO SEE THOSE WORDS WHILE MY CAR STILL SITS IN IMPOUND AND THEY WILL DO NOTHING TO TAKE OWNERSHIP OF THEIR WRONG DOING... NO WAY TO CHECK VOiCEMAIL AT THE GRADY WAY LOCATION EITHER.. JUST AN FYI

Attempting to work with Service King was a big disappointment. I tried working with them for 10 weeks on a car repair tied to an insurance claim and the repair work was never started. There was difficulty finding parts, which is understandable. After 9 weeks I called them to discuss options. They told me they would be back to me in 2 days. After a week of waiting, I called again. The service rep had no news, but said she would call back and she did. On that return call, she told me they don’t do the type of repairs I need so I need to go to some other shop. What? You just figured that out after having the car in your shop to review, 10 weeks pass, and now you tell me? Absurdly unprofessional and an enormous loss of time to get my car repaired.

The Castle is incredible! It is like stepping back in time. The rooms were beautifully decorated. They also had air conditioning!This was my second visit. Last visit there were no wedding at the Castle. This time there were two weddings and it was crowded. Last visit most of the guest rooms were open and were allowed to wander around.This time the wedding guests had rooms for dressing - and they were closed and locked. My first visit I might have seen two other couples. This visit the must have been a hundred because of the weddings.I would recommend going to the castle- but when there are no weddings happening. Beautiful place to visit, thank you for letting us visit.

I scheduled an appointment here thru my insurance to get an inspection & estimate for a claim. I went to my appointment, photos were taken, but they couldn’t make the repairs that day which is understandable. The employees were very nice.However after several business days passed, my insurance had not received the photos or any info from this shop.I called the shop to follow up, they said there was some confusion about my insurance, so they just did nothing… they are a geico center, I use geico, my appointment was made via geico, I told them at the appointment I had geico. They never called or emailed to clarify. I asked them to send the photos now, and they said they might be able to, but weren’t sure if they still had the photos? That was 24hrs ago, they still haven’t done anything with the photos or estimate, geico has not received anything from them. I will have to start the estimate process over with another shop. Not sure why they wasted my time.

Absolutely fantastic results a month on. They did a repaint and repair after my car was keyed and I couldn’t be happier with their work.Very good people all around.

I am so happy with the customer service and repair work done by these guys. They kept in contact throughout the process and I received regular updates, even when there was nothing new to report. My car looks great and I’m so happy to have it looking new again!Will definitely be returning here in the future!

The first place my insurance recommended for my car after it was stolen. They refused to work on it because they are "over capacity for non-moveables". A shame too because Service King Burien was a much better experience in the past.

My experience with this service king was the worst I’ve had with a body repair shop. Took them over a month to complete the repair and when they returned it, my car was missing emblems that weren’t even part of the damage. I will never use a service king again.Service: Body & Trim
