They round off the number towels they collect and give you back in bundles of twenty. If you give them 44 dirty towels they give you back 40 and charge you for 4 missing towels.Over a three month period they charged my business for 75 missing towels that they never returned to me after cleaning . After complaining about it they loaded me up with "free towels" and again three months later I was 125 towels short. And the charges me $260 for missing product but at no time would they do a justification inventory to make sure what I was getting back from them equaled what I gave them each week.So essentially they charged me with out any accuracy or knowing what they were charging me for.From the sales person to the manager they are to stupid to know the difference between rounding and actual counts and over time how it affects the count Clearly this family business is out to steal from you.Side note read the small print they have a six month cancelation policy. If you don't like their service, to bad you are stuck with them for six month months

Alyx has been delivering linens to our medical-spa for a while now. He always has a smile and checks in on our business to see how we are doing, how our supply levels are and if there is anything he can do to help us more. If for some reason we have a challenge with a product he's dropped off, he always takes care of us and hears our concerns. Being a relational business, we truly appreciate Alyx's phenomenal attitude and hard work!Thank you Alyx for tackling our 3 flights of stairs every week! :)

We have been using Service Linen for a few years now, and everything is fantastic. Even our route Manager Bradley T is concerned about our inventory count and asks if we have enough. That makes us feel like we are not just another stop on the route.

Been doing business for 20 years at least with service linen through Armondos Cafe and Melrose Grill. Always top notch service and the owner and employees have been great guests in the restaurant. Always a great staff and Danielle currently is our wonderful route manager. ?

We rely heavily on our route driver, Alex Armstrong, to make sure we have what we need from week to week. He is friendly when he checks in with me and communicates clearly about what we want ordered and when. Alex makes it so that we can take the mats and paper goods off our list. Thank you Alex!

I am not someone who usually leaves reviews but the EXTRAORDINARY reliability and customer service that I receive from this company but more specifically from Tayler Brimhall has overwhelmingly compelled me to do so. I have been in the restaurant business for over 20 years and I cannot think of a single individual who has impressed me as much as Tayler has! That man is a true asset for his company and cares greatly about what he does and how he does it and it shows!! Thank you!!

The team at Service Linen is stellar. The nicest guys who are always ready and willing to assist when needed. Whenever I have a question or need to make an adjustment, they are responsive, efficient, and reliable. Our route manager Mario has been taking care of us since the start! Way to go!

Service Linen has been our linen company for over 20 years! Eric Jackson has been our "guy"/ delivery driver and rep for many years and he is the main reason why we still are using Service for our linen service. He's very helpful and trustworthy. Thanks ERIC!
