The cashier was very slow and made me wait verry long. Also I came in to buy something, and it took almost five minutes for the lady back there to stop what she was doing to come help me. Also just an over all nasty gas station. Not Clean. No bathroom. High gas prices. Big thumbs down. Also, the management is very rude.

Says it's open 24 hours clearly it's not so adjust your hours to what you guys are actually open for real. You waste people's time and gas to drive to your store when it says open just to find out you guys are closed.

not open when they said they are. walked here to get a redbull at 8:30 am and the doors were locked. ridiculous.

The owner is getting cheated by the employee.Employee has been away/door locked.Been waiting for longer than 15... been waiting 30 mins/12-22-2022.*who knows how long before my 30 min wait?

The worst gas station around this area. Constatly closed during what are suppose to be open hours. not sure how these guys stay in business. (Edit After Here Following Up On Reply) Thanks for the highly templated reply that took all of 2 seconds for someone to copy paste and on to the next review. Guess those engagement scores are more important than actually responding to a frustrated customer with any acknowledgement of what was said at all. Impersonal responses aside it seems that many other customers in reviews here have noted the same issue amoung a few others at this location. This seems to establish a pattern of this store closing at random times of the day often. When a location is noted as open 24/7 as a customer I expect exactly that. The store should be opened during the hours it claims to be. Im quite sure yall will "contact the operator" the real issue is they dont seem to give a care at all(im using nice language here feel free to replace with what ya know i wanted to say)

Renton Highlands Shell. The guy at night has no problem asking for a cigarette, but when you ask him for one because your without, he will tell you that the one he is smoking is his last one... every time.

We stopped for a beverage and I left with nothing. The store is awkwardly empty and smells like the community pool. Overall strange vibe!

This place is Card only when the tiny store isn't open. Seeing that the store is open around 15 minutes every day, if you are paying cash for your gas then You have to go somewhere else.

The clearance rack has candy bars that expired last May. When I brought it to the cashier's attention, his response was "I just work here."
