easy online print order also got staples tech support when i got stuck also CSR print associate in the store was professional caring helpful. All together this is THE top print shop choice for me and my small business needs. Even through the Christmas rush all parts of Staples team was professional expert caring and helpful with no hiccups. I used to go to support local independant shops but when you get this level of GOAT support I stay with this Staples store. YAY Veronica

Sam helped me with purchasing a new office chair. She was incredibly knowledgeable courteous and accommodating. Sam also helped me save more money by clueing me in on the Staples app. She waited patiently for me to download the app.This store is quite tidy and items are easy to find.Glen is also very helpful if you need office furniture.Both associates are stellar in providing customer service you don't find often in stores anymore.

If you need supplies, you should be fine. If you need printing services of any kind, go elsewhere. My business relies on reliable same day printing. Though widely advertised as such, this is not the store to rely on for said service. I understand errors sometime happen, we give grace and move on, but repeated errors include an incomplete order, an unusable poor quality order, and yesterday a call 4 hours before deadline saying they don't have enough supplies (for 7 boxes of business cards) to complete my order so they'll have to send it out instead, and it'll be ready in 5 days, not 4 hours.Bottom line, this Staples is unreliable. After my complaint yesterday, and several calls later, I was told they will now complete my order sometime today, but I'm not holding my breath - UPDATE - while I was writing this, I just received a call telling me their machinery just broke and they can't complete the order. Bottom line, I need a reliable printing service. Staples in Renton is not that service. I am taking my business elsewhere.

Sent my plans late last night and it was great receiving an email confirmation that they received it. I needed 24x36 sheets plotted in color and for the morning for an open house. Samantha was super helpful and helped me with my Staples awards. She was very graceful and patiently answered my questions and my needs. When she showed me the plans they looked beautiful and they printed everything in color. My clients loved it and they even received an offer at their first opening and the plans helped to close that deal. Thank you!!!

Came in to return an Amazon package. Whole staff was super friendly and helpful, both at the print center and reception. Was in and out quickly. Definitely would come back here for future services.

Wow. We were in this store about 20 minutes and no one spoke to us or even looked at us. We could have used some customer service or any recognition of our presence. Will not shop here again.

I went to get my TSA documents approved because it said walk-ins acceptable however after waiting in line for an hour and 15 minutes they told me I needed an appointment I thought that was very rude of them.

Couple week ago, I went to this store to get some ink cartridges for my printer. Jerry at the cash register was so kind, he done an extra, extra tremendous job to assure that I get my coupon so it can be applied to my purchase. I were so pleased since I had such a hard time to load it. A big thanks and kudo to his wonderful customer services and please keep up a great job.

The print department refused to print something I purchased on Etsy because it had a copyright on it and required a personal note from the seller. The Etsy receipt and general print release was not sufficient. There were no copyrighted characters, nothing, it was just the seller's personal art (which, again, she sold for the express purpose of letting people print, and had a print release that said so).Went to office depot instead with a general print release and they were happy to print it (bonus - way cheaper than Staples). I won't be using their print services again.

Nice clean store. Very helpful employees. Cole stopped to help me with file cabinets and answered my question. He also walked the one I wanted to the register and to my car. Elizabeth was also quite helpful with another question I had about products. Would like to have seen a few more locking file cabinets in stock. Will be back next time we need office supplies or ink!

A family member passed away and we were preparing for her special day & the employees that worked the printing station went over and beyond to help us with making sure the obituaries were reprinted to reflect the beautiful colors on the design as well as the poster board photo that will be welcoming guests during her funeral. IT WAS SO BEAUTIFUL! I am so impressed and so thankful for those that made this possible. Unfortunately my husband had to pick it up but when he got home with it, I WAS IN AWE of how they printed and also made suggestions on how to make everything look better. THANK YOU SO MUCH!!!

Horrible experience! I went to print some color photos here for my son’s project and the guy at the printer resized all my pics really bad. When I asked him to redo, he said he doesn’t have time to do it again and that’s the best he can do anyways. When I went to billing, the manager asked me how it was and I showed him the pics. He didn’t even try to go back and ask the associate to fix it!!!! Pathetic service - never going back again.
