I went into the store to talk to a manager about a issue I had with some Raffle tickets sticking together. I was introduced to Alex. He helped me so much I also decided to by a Massage chair assembled. It had a few scuffs on it from being on the floor. Alex was super friendly, eager to help and knows how to take care of customers which seems like it’s a dying art this day and age. Great way to end my night getting a massage chair for my wife that was unplanned thanks to good customer service.

The people at Staples are always pleasant and knowledgeable about their products. My only concern is that they don't have enough employees on the floor.

I went into the store today to get my annual books/papers coil bound when I was told that they could not do it because the papers were 3 hole punched. I told the employee/manager that I had it done last year and it was done beautifully with no problem. Hence, I was back. Plus, other people from my group have always come into the Staples at the Landing to get their books/papers coil bound even though the paper was 3 hole punched. The employee/manager refused to do it, insiting it could not be done. I was stunned. I asked why. He rudely said it could not be done because of the 3 hole punches and refused to do it. That made absolutely no sense to me. So, I walked out, went to a different Staples in Kent where the woman was incredibly kind and took my order with no problem. All I can say is the male employee, who may have been a manager, was incredibly rude and I will not be back. Nor will I recommend this store to anyone.

Had a 100+ page document to print out this morning; rush job. The person managing the print department was very professional while also ridiculously fast and efficient getting my order printed in ten minutes. This despite me not having a Staples account; new customer; in a rush.
Would gladly return to this Staples anytime a print job - rushed or not - was needed.

I was pleasantly surprised when I was at the checkout at Staples. The employees were amazing! One helped me get set up with my account and and I watched the other clerk help another older gentleman with his phone and email setup. They were so patient with us older people who didn’t grow up w technology. I was impressed with the kindness and compassion they displayed. Wow!!! Not something I experience regularly anymore. It felt good to not be treated as a dumb nuisance.
