I recently had the pleasure of experiencing the outstanding service at Thomas Auto Rebuild in Renton. From start to finish, they exceeded my expectations.
1. Quality Work - The repair work they did on my car was phenomenal. Thomas, the owner, was hands-on and ensured that everything was done to perfection. My car is like new now.
2. Customer Service - Sonia, the co-owner, at the front desk was courteous and helpful. She made the entire process smooth and stress-free.
3. Affordability - Not only was the quality top-notch, but the cost was also significantly lower than other estimates I received in the area. The owners even gave me a great discount on the total estimate. They are the BEST!!
If I ever find myself in need of auto repairs again, Thomas Auto Rebuild will be my first choice. Five stars all the way!

I have my car body work with him , He is not doing a good job, my car looks bad now , and the print job is very bad missing color all over , I take it back to him , he not fix it for me, I paid $5200 for a bad job

He's a very nice guy. If he doesn't get it right he will keep trying. The problem is, he's shouldn't have to bring it back 3 times to get it fixed right. Things continue to fall apart. This is the second no fault accident to this car and I brought it to him the first based on a recommendation and I had to bring it back to him twice. The first time there was still dust in my car there were gaps in quarter panel and hood. He said it's cuz off market products... This time insurance forced me to pick someone or I wouldn't have a rental. Al of the auto bodies were out til October/ November or go 40-50miles out so... I brought it Thomas again with a preemptive conversation of my expectations . Again he's a very nice guy and that's not the problem. It's getting the worst to dine right the 1st time or at least 2nd time. I'm self employed and I can't afford the be without a car for days on end to fix something that should have been fixed. Parts missing paint, some paint running very small area. Parts not fitting well, trunk not closing, bumper parts bending outward, adhesive still stuck to bumper, water getting into tail lights which I specifically asked about because of the gap in trunk, tail lights not placed correctly, didn't take out window to work side panel and that is reason for misalignment. After over $7,000 paid, I should have a car in working order not just okay or better than the wreck.

My 90 yr old father-in-law managed to scrape just about every side of his INFINITI G37 in his parking garage. Thomas Auto Rebuild not only got us in quickly, the body work and paint looks flawless. This was a difficult pearl paint and you can't even tell where it's been redone. Will definitely use these guys again!Services: Body & Trim

Gertrudis did a terrific job repairing and painting the hood of my Mazda CX5 after pit had been hit by a flying chain on the pass. Quality work , on time and no surprise costs. Will go there again.

exploitive, bad service and overpriced. fixed half more car then undid what they fixed and theeatened to tow it because they were unable to get a part for the car. car was empty of gas (was half tank when they got it) and battery was dead (worse condition then when they got the vehicle) parked the vehicle in a position impossible to tow and refused to jump start the car. Thomas asked for the title and offered to "take the car for free" lol yea right
