I’ve heard many positive reviews about Toyota of Renton dealership. I drove all the way from Lynnwood to come here . I recently had the pleasure of working with a Toyota Renton car specialist Guanhong Yu who provided an exceptional level of service. From the moment I walked into the dealership, this salesperson went above and beyond to ensure that I found the perfect car within my budget. One of the qualities that stood out to me was their remarkable patience. I had a specific car in mind, a Toyota RAV4, and they went the extra mile to find exactly what I was looking for. They listened attentively to my preferences, taking note of both style and budget limitations. Throughout the process, they were patient and understanding, never making me feel rushed or pressured. Their commitment to finding the ideal vehicle for me was evident as they diligently searched through the dealership's inventory and explored other potential options. They meticulously took into consideration each of my requirements, from the vehicle's mileage to its features, ensuring that every aspect aligned perfectly with my needs. I live in eastern Washington, and I drove to Renton to test drive a 2023 Venza. I was helped by Toni Blair, and she was awesome to work with! There was absolutely no pressure at all, and when I was ready to leave that day she didn't use any sales tactics to try to get me to stay, etc. She understood I had driven quite a distance just to look at a car, and I told her while I was in Renton I wanted to look at a couple of other dealerships there. She totally understood and was so pleasant.A few days later I called her, and we started the process of getting down to exact numbers. The entire thing was handled over the phone with calls and texts. We agreed on all the terms, including my trade in value, and we set a time for me to drive back over to pick up the car. When I got there to finalize all the paperwork, the entire process was so smooth. There was no other haggling; none of the numbers had changed from what we agreed on over the phone - it was awesome!!Toni was so great to work with - she explained everything on the vehicle - she was patient when I had questions, etc. I would recommend this dealership absolutely - even if it means driving from out of town. It is worth every penny to go there!! Toni will treat you fairly and won't play any games with the numbers, etc. If I could give her more than 5 stars I would - you can trust her. You won't be disappointed if you do business with her.

I had a great experience purchasing a vehicle from this dealership. On our first visit we met our salesman Peter Hubris, who is one of the most relaxed and knowledgeable car salesman I've ever dealt with. We were in the early stages and he let us look at several different vehicles with no pressure and was happy to describe the different packages and pros and cons.We visited several other dealers and realized quickly that we were going to stick with Peter. There was so much pressure at the other dealerships, one didn't even want to return the keys and registration from our trade in. We were held hostage until we heard their entire sales pitch. It was awful.When it came time to buy we texted Peter and let him know what vehicle we wanted. Unfortunately my preferred color choice was several months out, but he found the exact trim level and packages that I wanted at another location and had it driven to their dealership ready to go when we arrived.Once we checked out the vehicle and decided to go forward with the process he went back to the sales manager and came back with a great offer. It was the least stressful negotiation ever. He got us through financing in a breeze and made sure we left with happy.Seriously, if you need a new Toyota call Peter Hubris at Renton Toyota.

Buying a car , to me , can be a stressful event . Laying out a huge amount of money , to unknown people ! Well , over the years I’ve purchased many cars from various car dealers , with various results , well I bought a slightly used Prius from Toyota of Renton recently through Greg and josh . And what a stress free experience! Josh delivered it 50 miles to my home , no extra charge. I noticed damage to the left rear wheel and tire , and whined to the sales department who generously offered to replace this expensive wheel and tire free of charge , they even offered a loaner . To bad more car dealers aren’t this honorable . They are a credit to Toyota .Morton Stone .

44K down payment. Came to pick up my moms plates since I am written under contact info and have the voicemail telling me to pick up the registration. I come in and an older Asian guy with glasses and short hair approaches me asking how he can help. I tell him the situation and his attitude infuriated me, he made no effort to look at any of the paperwork and if he did he would see my phone number pops up as the contact while giving me immense attitude. He then says “ask her” pointing to the receptionist. Why come up to me offering help then turning me away with an attitude the very second I walk in right after being courteous and explaining the situation, I walked out of the dealership as soon as that happened to make phone calls outside. Our intention with the vehicle is for business purpose with the intent of buying more in the future. This experience has left a sour taste in my mouth from Toyota of Renton. And I will never ever be buying a car from this location ever again. Go somewhere else unless you want to be treated well up until you send them the check. We spent a lot of money up front to be treated this way.

Never go here, don't waste your money, they are not professional at all and they are very expensive, they charge you extra money.They charged me $1158 just for break caliper and fluidMoreover, they dirty the roof of my car and they did not want to clean it, they told me to come back in a month to clean it.

Super nice group of peopleSee Danny Bent when you go in for vehicle services. He has a solid history in his trade, and a smart work ethic.Everyone else on the floor that day had a genuine happiness about them, and helped me with a nice loner car.

Three hours for a simple oil change!!!!Don't bring you car here if you have a life!Their estimated time has no link to reality.I was told 1.5 hours and waited 3!!! Plus they stripped my lug nuts and wouldn't fess up to it, claiming it is normal wear and tear. That is the biggest pile of $h¥++ I've ever heard! I went to their shop to inspect it my self and when I saw the kids that were working on my car I knew exactly what had happened... I paid for professional mechanics and got trainees. Never going back to Toyota of Renton!!!! Stay the #€LL away from this place!!!

Josh Breshears was the first person I met when exploring what type of car to buy. He answered all my questions without trying to make a sale. When I decided on a toyota I looked at other dealers for inventory and price comparison but decided to stick with Josh.An ordering error was made when I went to pick up the car 2 months later it was not what I thought I was getting. He worked hard to get a replacement for me within a week and in time for a trip I had been counting on having it for. If looking for a Toyota I would recommend Josh.

Renton Toyota mechanic added 9 inches of cracked to my front window.DO NOT TAKE YOUR CAR TO THIS LOCATIONS.I've had couple bad experiences getting oil changed, and did not learned my lesson till today. too busy take to go different locations.1st incident -the mechanic removed all my tires cap did not put it back, I drove all the way realized all 6 tires caps were missing I drove back, the guy behind his desk gave me smirk smiles said told me i can buy the tire caps anywhere, I said to him why do i need to buy new tires caps if i already have and your mechanic stole my tire caps2nd incident,- after oil changed I was on my way home I realized they did not give back my wheel lock, I drove back to Toyota asked for my wheel lock back, .This Toyota dealer employ thieves.Today's incident-My Car has cracked and 2 dings on front window, and The bigger cracked i had sealed w gorilla glues, I took my car to many drive through car wash etc nothing happens. Today i went to get oil changed at this RentonToyota Services , their mechanics added extra 9 inches cracked to my window. I spoke to Kevin Pham about the crack I want to know how the mechanic added 9 inches cracked to my front window, Kevin was no help at all offers no solutions and shrugged it off and told me to go auto glass. He also added " the new crack on my window was from the pressure wash and that i had already signed a waiver". I then asked to speak to manager, Kevin said manager Max was on vacation wont be back till next week. If What Kevin said pressure washed added 9 inches crack to window Why didn't Daniel said anything bc Daniel was the advisor inspected the exterior car like any other time, I had an existing cracked Why didn't Daniel advices me not to get car wash, He did not mentioned anything just handed car wash paper to signed and i signed. I guess Daniel's mind was pretty busy trying to up-sell more services He didn't think its important. I just new battery installed last year and after services was completed Daniel told I need new battery lolOn the way home I called spoke to Kevin Pham. I mentioned that I had 2 existing ding on front window, why didn't the 2 ding get crack wider if what you said the new crack was from Toyota's car wash today , At this point Kevin denies He said " I did not say the new crack was from the car wash"This is my theories. I had existing cracked seal w gorilla glue interior and exterior window, the mechanics man was curious tried to removed the glue instead causes 9 more inches of crack, or they dropped something on my window.This Renton Locations mechanics has no integrity, damaged my mirror not man enough to confess it.I will show proof to everyone, families, friends and NOT to go Renton Locations.

Their service is not any better than your neighborhood mechanic yet they do not like to take responsibility for the problems they create or of their vehicles. I have had issues after issues and the shop manager is at the top of those issues. He is simply does not own up to the issues that exist with the shop what do expect anyone else to do.

SHOUTOUT TO DANIEL, Assistant service manager just go to Burien Toyota Went in on a Thursday afternoon to get an oil change. I had an appointment at 11 but didn't get there till 1pm. Was a wait to get to talk to someone then a three hour wait for the oil change. That was fine. I was fine waiting but what i wasn't fine was that Daniel wasn't accommodating. Since it was a three hour wait, I asked if they can shuttle me somewhere, he said yes but couldn't get me back and I would have to find my own ride. I asked if they provide ride share and they said you order that on your own and they don't provide it. I said what are my other options and he said to wait. So my options are wait for three hours at the dealership or get stranded somewhere. He even gaslighted me and said they don't provide shuttles for oil change and is only doing it because it is busy which is a lie because they provide shuttles for any services. Puyallup, south Tacoma, and Burien all provide shuttles to and from the dealership as well a ride share. I then told daniel that I had an appointment at 11am but it was now a little before 1pm and he said I can get the car done in an hour and a half. I said what stopped you from saying that before and overestimating everyone. Trying to make me feel "special". He couldn't guarantee me a time by 2 and he could guarantee me 230. I asked if it wasn't done by then if I would get a discount. He said no. He said no to everything I asked for. I had up to 3 hours to lose and he had nothing to lose. He wasn't accommodating at all and did not respect me. I left and went to Burien Toyota. Though still a 3 hour wait but they weren't going to leave me stranded and weren't assholes. I observed logan and Daniel talking s*** about a customer in front of me because logan customer had a check engine light on. logan told him the diagnosis was $218 just to check what it was but the code reader read that it was just the o2 sensor. Logan then went on to be disrespectful and non accommodating with no compassion and had a take it or leave it attitude, the customer eventually left with no services. All in all, these guys did not show compassion and were not respectful of their customers and their time.

This place is literally a*s. Salesperson made absolutely no effort in helping us. It was obvious he assumed we weren't going to buy today. He was also a terrible liar with very obvious tells. Ended up going to Subaru around the corner and ended up leaving with the forester wilderness. And the service was significantly better.
