No onsite parking for a 2 hour run. Doesn't say that in the app. Really annoying.
Wouldnt even start checking me in without a ride. Terrible service, huge fleet sitting here, u wish I had time to take my business elsewhere. 0 stars for business.

Great location and experience. The guy that assisted me was super friendly and helpful, the truck and equipment were in good shape, and the return process took me less than 30 seconds. No mystery charges or issues whatsoever- highly recommend this location!

The gentleman who helped us out was incredibly patient and kind, even though we had repeated uneducated requests and questions.
The return went very smoothly, which I am particularly thankful for as I had a tightly scheduled morning and we were able to stay on track even though the morning crew was quite busy!

Very anti-friendly, unhelpful, judgemental staff, almost impossible to get whatever you have actually had a pre existing reservation for, even if it says that your reservation is guaranteed!? How does that make any sense? That seems to me like it should be an impossible thing to do to a customer but not at this company, they make this a regular thing and continue to treat their customers like trash with no repercussions on their part its kind of sad. they are the ones that are rude to a super extra high degree that is so very unwarranted and uncalled for and then the people at customer service hotline and the managers are the ones that have to deal with all the frustrated irritated customers, and all of the problems that the other workers made UGH! I honestly feel very bad for them, poor customer service hotline people and hotline managers! Shout out to y'all for doing an incredible job at fixing all these unnecessary issues and just treating all your customers with general respect and courtesy making us all feel like our business is actually valued, our problems heard and actually solving whatever the issues are, keep up the great work!! And to the rest of you, store workers with your horrible customer service and general lack of knowledge (and caring for that matter) on how to treat another human being in general; y'all need to wake up and take a lesson from the hotline workers, whether y'all like it or not you have chosen a job in customer service industry and that requires some communication skills and also requires you to be at least somewhat personable, social and God forbid even friendly sometimes and if you cannot figure out the correct way to act/treat others then you need to find a new line of work. I will most definitely be going with a different rental business next time unfortunately. Thank you and have a nice day

My experience in this U-Haul location was wonderful. The staff was very friendly and helpful. My hitch installation technician Robert is such a friendly and professional staff. He did a great job for my hitch trailer wiring installation. I will recommend this U-Haul location to all my friends just because their staff is friendly and professional. There are also good restaurants and some clean fast-food restaurants nearby where you can sit and wait for installation. Top quality U-Haul branch!

Took my van there to have a trailer hitch installed and I am 100% certain they dinged my vehicle. I had just gotten it so I know it wasn't there before the service. They spent an hour struggling with a bolt in the exact same spot. I filed an "incident" with their insurance company who denied my claim after watching a video but of course they would not share the video with me.

My truck I rented has a hold in the gas tank I didn't know filled it up drove off the tank was in low again I fired it up again and stood to see what was going on gas pour out the tank breaks on the can was horrible the customer horrible DONT GO THERE The manager lied about the truck working after the other employee said is wasn't do go they will lie to you to get your money

Sonnet helped us with the car trailer we rented. She made the process fast and easy. We rented the trailer for 4 hours to bring a car from Pyuallup, we brought it back and returning it was not a problem. Made the procedure clear how to put back the trailer, and even helped take off the chains and with guidance.
