Just had the most mediocre experience. Didn't realize they closed at 1pm, checked in 5 minutes before waited for over 20 minutes for someone to communicate anything to me and when the guy brought us over he was like oh this will take 45-1 so we need to make an appointment. I realize he wanted to get out of there but he offered an apt at 12:30 on Saturday. Thought they close at 1pm? Definitely need to work on communicationbetter and I am rethinking if I want to even bank here. I see alot of other reviews with the same. Disappointing someone could have just checked in with us and saved everyone time.

Moved to BECU after the Nanking debâcle in 2008 and haven't looked back. Great service, motivated employees, always helpful.

This “branch” doesn’t accept cash deposits… was told to use the ATM outside when asked.

Place is terrible, easily worst bank I’ve ever worked with. I waited hour twenty minutes yesterday to try and open account but had to leave because my lunch break was way past so I came back the next day waited an hour missed my whole lunch and they still couldn’t help me it’s a joke please never step foot In just poke your head around and it’s all sad expressions those no service and their wifi is trash do yourself a favor and go anywhere else

Smaller BECU but very efficient. Only Two ATMs inside with 1 large 24 hour one just outside. Staff is very knowledgeable and friendly. Hand sanitizer located next to ATMs inside. Street parking only.

Mediocre customer service. I had to go into a branch to reset my account because it got locked out. The associate was unable to reset my password and said that they needed authorization from a team member to get it reset and told me to wait. After waiting 30 minutes with no update from them, I got up and left.

Sad I chose to bank here and won’t be for long. The customer service is horrible. No communication or greetings. Just cold and hard. The employees need customer service closes badly . The lady who helped me didn’t even talk to me after I told her my needs she printed the checks but went back and forth from her desk at least 5 times and never said anything to me as in oh I’m sorry for the wait give me a few moments or sorry for the wait or give me a moment while I step away. I work in consulting and would never treat my clients as BECU has treated me .

Went to simply cash a check, looked it up online, went to Branch signed in waited over 20 minutes while cashiers seem to sit at death not doing much, finally got helped right at closing and they say they can't cash a check because they don't have tellers at that branch. Doesn't say online doesn't say in the building, they said sorry and say it should be noted somewhere. Poor for BECU.

First of all, let me be clear that the people at the bank and on the phone are very nice people. its just that the bank policies do not serve customers well. I have banked at this place for several years. The idea of moving my money to another bank is not a pleasant one, so I've tried to hang in. I'm not sure hanging in is worth the trouble.For anyone thinking about opening an account at Union, I'd say go elsewhere. If you're stuck there already, give it another try, which is what I am doing now. If they dont give you what you need, get the hell out and go to another bank that at least gets you what you need.

Came in with a check drawn on their bank with good ID. They wouldn't cash it until the spoke with the person who wrote it. Of course it was lunch time and that person was out
