I strongly advise against using the Renton Landing UPS for Amazon returns. Despite knowing I needed a label printed and being prepared to pay for that service, the $2.95 fee to send an email to have the in addition to a label printing fee is unreasonable.
To make matters worse, I was required to purchase a UPS shipping pouch for an item in its original packaging, costing nearly $5 for a thin plastic sleeve, with a price sticker on the shelf showing $4.99. The cost was unclear and varied.
The owner’s condescending and rude attitude was the final straw. His snarky remark about finding a library to print for free, followed by an unnecessary comment about the current status of library printing services, was uncalled for. This wasn’t the first time I felt talked down to, but it will certainly be the last.
Years of frustrating interactions have led me to believe there is a misogynistic undertone to his demeanor. I will no longer patronize this location and urge others to consider alternative options.
A reply to have me reach out following this review will not solve the clearly ingrained issues the owner holds. Please refrain for attempting the disingenuous effort. Being caught off guard but charges that are not posted anywhere and questioning what they are for was not out of line. Almost $3 to receive an email this time after never being charged that previously is poor business practice. Based on the other reviews here, I’m not alone.

Passport photo service not good quality. There are other passport photo providers near this store that are the same price and WAY better quality.
(In response to the owners follow up, I’m not interested in a fix. Train your staff how to use a camera. Problem solved)
I'm not super picky about the photo, but I am going to have to use it for the next 10 years so I don't want to look too bad. Their lighting was awful and the camera they used looked like one from the early 1990's that you would take to the club! My iPhone old would have done 1000x better. Trying to not look vain, I didn't want to ask to see the image before he went to print it, but he never offered to show me anyway. They charged $5 more than it said the price was online. The UPS gentleman wasn't rude, just not concerned if I was happy or not. I wanted to see if I was just being overdramatic and went to the staples in the landing and had them do the same picture, on the same day. It was night and day by comparison in quality and customer service. I don't even look like the same person, and they came out great first try, but they did offer to show me and re-take it if I didn't like it. No need though. I wish I knew this in advance or I would not have gone to this UPS location for these photos.

Employees here r so lazy to take out the trash with full of paper in there so they blame my little box was recycling stuffs that i was not allowed to throw into their full garbage can. So lazy ppl need to serve better
