Day 1: Get to the front of the long line and the manager asks me to go use the Amazon self service kiosk. Package #1 is too big for the plastic bags so it asks me to see an associate. Package #2 the label printer runs out of labels and the staff are busy with a long line of customers so I decide to leave and come back tomorrow.
Day 2: Come in and explain the situation to a younger guy. He says he can’t void the shipment or reprint the label. That’s ok I can call Amazon or something no big deal everyone is happy at this point but then he goes to ask his manager
His manager I didn’t get his name but some middle eastern gentleman comes over and checks a few things - turns to me and starts with an attitude and asking condescending questions like why didn’t I stay in the store basically starting to blame me left and right and tried to reprimand me.
Then insisted that I leave my information and the package which I refused.
Amazon customer service said don’t worry about it.
Nice power trip bud. Hope the franchise owner sees this because his escalation was totally unnecessary maybe it’s an ego issue. I guarantee more people have an issue with his attitude but won’t go out of their way to leave a negative review for simply dropping off a package. But since he decided go out of his way to be rude to me I also went out of my way to submit a complaint. See how that works?

I am always going to this store and drop off my stuff . They are friendly and helpful, Singh is alway helping me . Customer service is exceptional and love it . Seems like under new management.

There are two stores that were recently purchased from the old owner that use. Everyone seems much happier and the service is exceptional.
I am not sure why it wasn’t before .. but this owner will be very successful.

The best UPS store in Washington! I been going to this store for past 10+ years. the older couple who ran this store were good but it’s under new management and these guys are great! . I needed something last minute on Sunday and was shocked to see them open. Highly recommended going to them for your UPS needs. Thank you

Poor customer service! Singh is very rude, unprofessional and aggressive. He’s obviously not trained or fit to be working in a job dealing with people. His behavior was so inappropriate and disrespectful. A big bully! The store manager(s) should do a more thorough job in hiring staff who are qualified not someone like Singh who is incompetent and abusive. Hopefully, they’ll resolve this issue soon or they’ll lose more customers.

On July 20, 2024, I visited the UPS store next to fedmeyer. Unfortunately, the customer service I received was extremely disappointing.
The staff member at the counter, whom I later found out was named Singh and one more guys , they both were very rude and unhelpful. When I asked for assistance with the shipping options, he seemed annoyed and provided very short and unclear answers. Despite my attempts to get more information, he remained dismissive and unprofessional throughout our interaction.
They said you need box for the item and amazon customer service guys said you don’t need box. These guys want to sell their accessories(box) from the store, that’s why they pushed people to put stuff in the box.
I left feeling frustrated and dissatisfied. I would strongly recommend avoiding this location if you value good customer service.
