You can expect the rude people who work at this particular shop to frequently have no clue what they're doing. I've heard them give false if not fraudulent information to customers, and carelessly drop customer packages when they think nobody is looking. I generally like shipping with the UPS Store, but not this one... I will drive 20+ minutes out of my way to use the shop down at the South Center mall rather than this location which is closer to my home. Avoid at all costs, and especially DO NOT let them pack anything expensive for you.

I would not go here unless you want to get scammed. I had an Amazon Return and chose to return drop-off to The UPS Store because it's free. This location happens to be the closest to me. According to Amazon, "The UPS Store will pack, label, and ship your return for free. Just bring the item in its original manufacturer's packaging and disassemble the item (if applicable)." Our item was in its original manufacturer's box perfectly in tact. I've been to other UPS Stores and never had any issues with returning in its manufacturer's packaging. I've returned clothes where it came in BAGS and they slapped a label on it with no issue.I would avoid this store at all costs. This rude, disrespectful lady told us that we had to pay $10 to package and ship our $20 Amazon item back (what a joke). I even showed her where it states on the Amazon website that we didn't have to pack the item in an additional box (our item was already in its original manufacturer box) and she still refused. Even her male coworker said that we were right and did not have to pay for packaging the item to return the item but she didn't listen to him either. We even saw another coworker of hers helping another customer with their Amazon return and they put the item in a bag for them and slapped the return label on.She then proceeded to yell and tell us not come back to the store. From all the reviews I've read, I'm shocked that this lady is still employed here.I called Amazon to express my concerns and they will be refunding us the $10. I will also be contacting my contact at Amazon Corporate who deals with escalated complaints/concerns regarding these unethical practices so this lady and store are investigated.

Elder Gentleman that works here has excellent customer service ?. The rest have generally been positive experiences. A few off casesCheck your receipts for improper charges, like extra pages being charged...Yes, the place could be better... But it is NOT a ⭐⭐ star place. Sometimes people have off days and sometimes technology can be unforgiving.

The woman working behind the counter, should not be working in the business of customer service or really, for any company. If she doesn’t understand basic respect, she is very rude! she acted as if she did not wanna help me. I told her it was my first time processing a return She told me I had not packaged it correctly, and she walked off and thankful the other employee offered to help me, but this was after I was already offended. I’m surprised this young lady is employed anywhere. Another young man was there and helped me out just fine, She needs to understand working customer service. She might want to have a little more patience and just learn how to be decent to people, but I will say the young man is definitely a nicer person than the lady that works there

I took my baby to take a passport picture. The man told me to put baby on a whiteboard on the ground floor. As soon as I put it down, he kept yelling at me to go away. It was very rude. It felt like he was paying for me

Horrible experience everytime I come here to do anything.Even that I'm paying for a service, the lady here just makes me feel so frustrated for the stupidest things.The tone of voice it reminds me of my mom being mad at me for not washing the dishes or cleaning my room!This will be the last time I ever come here,I'm taking my bussiness where is appreciated

There is a reason this place is rated low. I’d give it 0 stars if possible for being unfriendly, rude, and unable to attempt to help customers in anyway. When I tried asking another representative for help the woman who wouldn’t help would not even allow him to answer my question and responded for him “he doesn’t know”. She then quickly proceeded to call the next person behind me dismissing my need. How demeaning and controlling to work with someone like that in customer service.

This is the worst UPS store I’ve ever experienced. First the woman who works the counter is rude all the time. I made a return and somehow my return ended up back at my house. So I take it in and they said they didn’t cover the original label. I said I wish they would’ve told their employees that or someone would’ve told me at the time I dropped it off. So I had to contact the company and ask for another label. I don’t know if I’ll make the return window because I dropped it 10 days prior. Definitely use caution when going here.

If i could give 0 stars I would! The Asian lady is never nice! She always argues even when it is in the original amazon box it came in! She is so rude and is never helpful! And lord don't ask for no piece of tape, cause you will have to pay for the whole role even if you only used 12"! I advise anyone that has to drop off a package to use another UPS store.... It seems to me that if you are any other race than asian or white... she has a problem with you!!!

I usually don’t write reviews but I’ve had a few too many bad experiences. Not sure why they’re so rude. Usually it’s the asian lady and the white guy with long hair. If you’re not ready the SECOND you walk in, expect them to be rude, even when there’s NO line. I got there right at 8am, asian lady was late, as I walked in with my packages, she said… YOU’ll HAVE TO COME BACK AN HOUR LATER. She said, thats how long it takes to boot up their system at 8AM! Operating hours 8am-6:30pm M-F. WTH

Highly recommend staying away from this business I rented two mailboxes for four years just because of the location and circumstances during Covid not only during these years the staff are rude unfriendly, but after all these years of shipping, my packages renting two mailboxes I had enough . I bring in packages to ship and the Asian lady has a problem with one package being in a clear plastic so she tells me I need to buy appropriate plastics sleeve to put it in which I had to buy two for six dollars plus tax and then she tells me I also need to buy tape to tape the labels on them. So I asked her to please put a tape as this is a UPS package label, and as I am a loyal, long-term customer, but that is not the policy then the owner who was also present at the store came over and I explain to him that as a paying customer for so many years, he should be able to accommodate me once so that I don’t have to go back and forth for a piece of tape, but he said that he will not so right there and then I returned one of my mailboxes because it was due for renewal, and he actually said ‘very good ‘didn’t even care of losing a customer . do not spend your good money and support this business. They do not deserve it and they should be out of business. And furthermore, for the four years that I have been going to this business, no employee that they hired stays for more than 3 to 4 months. The only people that are there is the Asian owner and the Asian lady who seem to be related to him that is very telling of how they treat their employees so I’m not surprised they treat their customers the way they do as well .

For one time, I had a pleasant experience at this location when an elderly gentleman was manning the store. For all other instances I have dreaded to go this store. I never felt like leaving a review as I can empathize if english is not your first language. However, this time I had to ship my passport with a prepaid label and packaging and decided to write this review. When I went to drop off my package, the lady at the counter refused to use an ups-envelope (especially for important documents like passports). The instructions on the ups label clearly said to use the ups shipping envelope, which I showed to her. Given her objection I was not comfortable shipping my important documents from this location and quickly walked away. I really hope the management/ups will take notice and train the staff better.

May I gently sway you away from making your amazon returns at this location. It will be worth your drive. I spoke with a woman who called herself Li, and after handing another customer a roll of tape, she informed me that I would have to get my own tape to repackage the box i brought back in for my return. I'm sure she was following the policy but...what a stingy tape policy! My other package was in better condition but apparently she didn't believe that i was returning it in the box that it came in and told me i needed a bigger box? When I confirmed that this was the box that it arrived on my doorstep in, she told me that I was wrong. I'm not usually accused of lying as a customer, so little flustered, I just said, 'ok, I think i'll just go somewhere else.' and to my surprise her response was 'yes, i think you should go somewhere else.' The lesson? This location does not want your amazon returns!
