I used to love this store. Since the new owners, they lost a package and told me they would follow up and never did. I had a box there for years and the lack of good customer service ended that for me.

The prices at this place are absolutely bonkers. Shipping costs have gotten rediculous. Staff is nice enough, but $30 to $50 for a small package to go a few states over, is wild!!

Always excellent service. I have used Sapan's notary service and have always gotten quick and friendly service from Sapan and M in particular.

I wanted to write about my experience here. I went to ship a small letter sized envelope, overnight rates were over $100, 2-day was about $75 and next week / non-guarantee was $36. I said I would go try elsewhere because I could not believe that was the price to ship. The lady got a bit irritated and told me the cheapest for next week / non-guarantee at USPS would be $26, and not much cheaper so I should just ship it. I left and did not use their service because I knew it could not cost this much. I just went to USPS and shipped 3-day priority for $15. I found this experience here bad, especially trying to quote me inaccurate pricing for their “competition”.

Singh works at this store and my other local store. He’s really helped me out twice, now.
There was a problem within UPS system where I made a change and cancelled the same change and A representative online even confirmed they saw it. Somehow, my package got flagged as needing to be sent back to a further away location and it would have delayed my package probably another two days (longer because of weekend).
He took the time to look up my package via a phone call and was able to help me get my package that day.
I’d definitely recommend this location or the Benson location because of him.

I came in to the local UPS store in Fairwood on 8/04/2025, and had the pleasure of working with such a very kind staff. Both Sapan, and Darius were more than willing to help me pack my work computer station to be returned to my corporate company. I had 4 monitors, a laptop, and my docking station that involved careful measuring, and required a full inventory. All items had to be individually scanned for accurate count and tracking! It was not an easy job, and I could not have done it without the careful help, extra time, and consideration by Sapan and her team! This location is very convenient, the staff is pleasant, and opens late. It is very difficult to come across very exceptional customer service because of the constant strain in the economy, and reduction in the workforce. I can really appreciate great customer service when I see it, and want to provide this review because they deserve 10/5 stars, and 110% on their commitment to serving the community. Thank you Sapan for being wonderful!! 😊

The lady working the counter was so rude and unhelpful. I think it’s the same lady in the other reviews that people have mentioned, but I came in with some amazon returns and she wouldn’t lend me one piece of tape to package my return. She also was very impatient and gave me a lot of attitude while processing my returns. Not a great experience at this location.
