The lady there was rude. She mentioned that she had worked in Bellevue location for 15 years, but left because of "toxic" co-workers. Judging by how rude she was to me, she was probably the toxic one. (EDIT: REPLYING to how you could have done better: you said that you would not accept broken items, while Amazon provides an option to return items in case they are broken, or for any reason. It's upto Amazon to accept or deny refunds, not you. Another thing is, you did not help me change the cancellation type from "pickup" to "return at store". I had to exit your office and figure it out by myself.

This is the best UPS store I have been to. There’s a woman who works here who is so friendly, upbeat, and helpful you can’t help but feel good. She didn’t even serve me today, just listening to her talk to another customer is a pleasure. I wish more people were so pleasant.

I went here to make a few Amazon returns and although busy, an older lady employee was super kind, patient, and respectful to all the customers in front of me. When I got to the counter I found that she was competent and helpful. I should have caught her name. I usually hate going to UPS stores, but this experience was very pleasant and I appreciate the excellent service.

I take my Amazon returns here. There is often a line. Sometimes the counter folks get tied up helping someone. I try to make sure to have all my Amazon packages properly packed and labeled to make my transaction smooth and quick. If i don't have time to wait, i sometimes try again another time. Bottom line: be patient and be prepared.

Consistent poor customer service! Have an Amazon prepaid shipping label but they want you to buy their tape to attach it to the box vs giving you the normal shipping sleeve to put the label in. It's always an argument or snarky comment.

The Fairwood UPS store is our local store and I am consistently pleased with the services and help I receive. Ti is really wonderful and such a hard worker. He truly cares about the staff members he hires and trains and I feel like everyone there is professional, kind and competent. I take Amazon returns here and Ti and the others are always great. In another recent instance, Deb went above and beyond to assist a friend and me do copies and even allowed us to complete the job, despite going past closing time. We were very grateful! Overall, this is a terrific UPS location. We feel fortunate to have such a great one so close to our home. Thank you, Ti and staff!

I found out that a package of mine had been delivered here because I neglected to change my Ups drop point to a less convenient but more customer friendly drop point. My past experience with this office has been so uncomfortable that I’d rather have the package sent back, than pick it up from there. The manager probably is exhibiting signs of fatigue, and moments of being overwhelmed. Their is ample evidence of this in the reviews. Ti, if you are reading this, please get help. There are people you can talk to that can help you with your mood swings. It is just a matter of time before you are affected negatively if that has not already happened. UPS, there are signs here that can’t be ignored, and in the big picture, you will likely be held responsible by the court of public opinion. Get your him professional help.

The manager of this store is useless and has no idea what customer service means. I feel sorry for the folks at the front counter. I came in with a box to ship back to a business and the counter guy says he was new and didn't know how to do it. Then he says come back later because the manager is "too" busy to help him out. ... And the manager is standing 10-15 feet away listening to all this. He glanced at us and didn't lift a finger to help. Do "you" think that's good service? I don't and I'm going to call this manager out every time I experience this kind of service. As far as I'm concerned, he wins the worst manager of the month award and is in contention for worst manager of the year. Keep it up pal, you'll get there!

I had two packages for returns to ship today. I've never returned anything in my life so this was my first experience. Not really knowing what to do I did my best to repackage my items. The counter guy must have known it. He schooled me, in a very nice way. He told me what was wrong, and what to do next time. He was the greatest! I did not get his name. (little Asian guy, no disrespect intended). I'm thankful for his help. He said...this time I will do it for you. Great worker. We need more customer service like this.

If you want better quality of passport photo, I highly recommend you to come to this store. Before this store, I have tried Costco years ago and recently at Bartell Drugs, both made me heartbroken and doubted if mirror at my home cheated me for years. But, I am glad I came to this UPS store, the owner not only has better sense of taking photo, but also very kind and helpful.

My partner and I came in to get passport photos taken and get them sent. Ti was fantastic. He was knowledgeable, funny, and a pleasure to work with. I will be coming back to Ti when I have special UPS needs!

Rude lady with very poor customer service skills with long black hair with mask on. Very testy and short and harsh when dealing with customers, definitely not the kind of person I would want representing my business. The owner TI and the younger gentleman there have great customers service skills, and if you come here to do business I would recommend dealing with these two gentlemen. If you can help it stay clear from the lady with long black hair and mask on who obviously hates her job and people.

My wife went to this location twice in the last 2 days to get a document notarized, but was refused service both times by the owner. He told her he could only do it if there were another employee present. On today’s visit there were no other customers in the store and he still refused the service. If he won’t offer the service, it should not be advertised so as to not waste anyone’s time. Very rude, unprofessional, and unhelpful. Zero stars for customer service.

I have to be honest, coordinating shipping is and has always been a headache. Whether your a small business or trying to get something shipped for the holidays, there's really no amount of pre-work one can do to completely eliminate the anxiety of the process, but the Benson Rd store and the Fairwood location do their absolute best to do just that.I have shipped a variety of different items at these locations and the service was always the same, awesome. There were times where I needed help packaging a delicate piece of equipment, sending Xfinity equipment back, printing and notarizing documents, you name it. Each time I needed help at the Benson store, Robert would know exactly what was needed and helped me with the best solution. I also never felt stupid or belittled by not knowing the process, Robert seemed to pride himself on being a SME of UPS store services. If Robert was unavailable I knew that the other employee, Lieu, would always greet me with positive energy and knew the store top to bottom.Often times I would show up expecting a long wait (This is a central store that connects dozens of surrounding neighborhoods), but it never seems to take too long to get what I need. (Unless of course someone needs help packaging a custom 6ft sculpture, I don't know if that's true, but I'm sure someone's tried).5 stars from me. It's a retail shipping store, my expectations aren't high, but Robert, Lieu, and Ti at the Benson/Fairwood spots, exceed them every time.
