Very unproffesional staff, the main manager was very condecending to me the entire time. He kept rolling his eyes whenever I asked a question. He offered to call to "check on their policy" and I told him yes please do so, I need this money. However, it took him a solid five minutes of blaming the ATM machine being "unreliable" and that next time I should "just go into the branch because you never know with the machine." When he made his call he seemed annoyed that the person on the other line seemed to actually want to help. He just repeated that he couldn't help me.The ATM turned off before it dispensed my money, then turned back on after someone went in to complain. Either the people on the inside are extremely judgemental and prevented me from getting my cash, or (more likely) they do not care that their equipment is so under repaired that it consistantly breaks down in the middle of transactions. This whole ordeal has caused me a lot of pain. I needed to pull out money to pay off my bills and now I have to wait 2 weeks before I can get my power turned back on. (writing this review at work)

My daughter and I just walked out of this downtown Renton Branch today. We didn't have an appointment. We patiently waited for the personal banker (Asian girl in her 20s, dressed casually in sweats) to finish with her last big family group of client for 45 mins. Then, when she finished, she didn't even acknowledge us at all. She acted like we didn't exist. She greeted her next client who walked in after us. I get it that she might have an appointment. Didn't even come say HI and acknowledge us after seeing us sitting there to wait for her for at least 45 mins? I will take my CD to Bank of America who is one block away then. This is the worst service ever. I never experienced such bad service at other US bank branches. I have been with US bank since 1998. This is how you can loose a loyal client.

Only one employee his name is Naji Haji wants to help and he was busy. The rest of them treat you like you are bagging money from them. I don’t recommend US bank in general and specifically this branch. The staffs are useless.

I literally wish I could give this place zero stars. I was trying to withdraw $700 cash from the atm machine, it has a malfunction, which in result took the money out of my account, but didn't actually withdraw the cash in hand... When I went inside the clerks laughed in my face about my money not coming out and mentioned the machine was having issues all day. Mind you there were three tellers and there was no one in the bank. Couldn't have even bothered putting a sign on the atm machine ?! No apologies, no accountability, or sympathy. I wasn't even trying to come in to talk to these people, that's why I use the ATM!! Never have I been so disrespected at a US Bank. Don't waste your time and energy here.

I typically am NOT one to leave a 1 star review but this US BANKS ATM machine not only messed up my transaction but it took my debit card. I have been going through hoops just to get my deposited money back because of their atm. As well as a new bank card......I definitely learned my lesson and will be taking my business elsewhere...especially since the company as a whole has tried to take advantage of the situation and do nothing about it. This situation has been very unprofessional with the way they have handled things. I have been their customer for years too so it's very disappointing.

Very disappointed with the the manager’s attitude. On the recommendation of my daughter I decided to change banks to US Bank 4 months ago. There were quite a few hiccups because of the Covid and issues with mistakes on checks that were not the banks fault. I was always treated very respectfully and every issue was taken care of with the best customer service. However, today was the first time I have spoken to the manager and was extremely disappointed with her attitude. ?

The people that work at this branch are incompetent. I visited this branch to resolve some recent fraudulent charges that occurred on my card. When I was helped by a young woman who did not know what she was talking about and instead of attempting to resolve my issue she said she could not help me and that she “knew what she was talking about because she’s a banker”. This experience was extremely unprofessional. Please hire new staff members.

I've been coming to this branch for years for my business. The tellers make an effort to know me by name and remember specific preferences about me. The manager, Christina, is always super friendly and helpful when I've needed to work with her directly. Amy and Kim have always been wonderful to deal with, even when they're clearly very busy, they never make the person in front of them feel like they're a burden or a hassle.

The lady manager was incredibly rude when I requested a call from her to have something fixed on an account. I greeted her happily thanking her for the call and she seemed so irritated. I was shocked. She said she couldn't do anything to help me even though the phone bank told me this issue needed to be resolved at her branch because the account was opened at this location. Customer experience must not be a priority to this branch.

I was in line before 1pm and waited for 18 mins to make a deposit for my employee who has 4 kids and needs money for food prior to shelter in place. Kristina helped everyone else and despite my place in line prior to 1pm she denied a simple deposit. Bank with a credit union. #USBANKdoesn'tcareaboutit'scustomers , #Donotbankwithusbank

Well the bank well steall your money with out you know it the transaction does not make sense to me at all they post the transaction of purchase after your account get low and going negative then they hit you with overdraft fees according to the "bank policy "that's what they will tell you definitely no body will know and before you know it you will hit with another fee called "extand overdraft fee " once you deposit come in it will be gone as this continues every time you have deposits and purchases .

Very convenient location to the downtown core. The staff inside are always helpful.
