The merchants are so rude, unprofessional, unwelcoming, If I had a choice I wouldn’t come here. Really sad how they just hire people with no customer service.

The WORST!!! Manager Jerik was very very rude, no compassion to customer, NO CUSTOMER SERVICE SKILLS AT ALL!!! This manager doesn't dese4rve to be a manager at all in a branch, i have witnessed him in the branch, very abrupt to customer, not friendly, specially to elderly people or non white people. he had the audacity to hang up the phone on a customer.

Worst banking experience in my life. They opened account, however it was useles. They kept requesting additional information and placing a hold on my account after wasting hours of my time. Dont bank with them.

Always bad customer service and very inconsiderate and extremely unhelpful. I been banking with them for about 3 years and this brunch ruins it all with their unhelpful attitudes and their waste your time.

I am a long time customer and use most of banking there. Recently I have one of the banker helped me to open a HELCO account, I turned in all the documents they asked and I have been patience to wait to get it process. In the second week of the process, the online service representative required more documents and I turned that in the next date. I thought I was in a good hand, but since then, I haven't hear anything back from my banker. I left her voice messages 3 times through out 2 weeks periods and I thought she could have call me back and let me know she is working on it, but I never never get any phone calls or emails from her. I tried the online portal and schedule a call from the branch, silly me that I though one of banker would call me, of course it never happened, I am in the third weeks and I couldn't get a hold of anyone. I am leaving this bank for good. Good luck to whom dare to bank there, to me the customer service that I got is unacceptable.

This branch allowed a person to come into their bank, withdraw $2200, cash a $2300 bad check and get a Debit card on MY ACCOUNT, in Colorado , without it raising any red flags on their part!! Then they used the debit card in THEIR BRANCH to with draw $500 more dollars!! I'm out $5000 dollars and no help from them. If I could give them negative stars I would!! STAY AWAY FROM HERE!!

I have been banking with you for 20 years and I spent hours on hold and being transferred in circles to find out you would not reverse a 2.00 fee. This is the first time I have ever asked for a fee reversed in 20 years. I thought it would be an easy, short call because what company would choose a 2.00 fee over a customer. Bottom line, this bank values dollars over their long time customers. I don't even care about the fee anymore, Ashley from customer service treats your customers like garbage and she does not care about retaining your long time customers. When did this bank turn into this corporation that acts so cold. All I asked was for a 2.00 fee to be reversed and I would have continued banking with you. Instead, Ashley chose to be argumentative and rude and would rather have customers leave the bank. Thank you for showing your true colors, I realized I don't have to put up with bad customer service anymore and there are much better options out there.

It has the lowest teller customer service. Just a simple straight deposit. Would never come back. Thanks God I dont bank with them. In the middle of my deposit, she left me hanging and go start a new transaction at the drive-thru. I know you can multi task, but finish 1 transaction first then you can go back to the drive thru to help out another customer. So UNPROFESSIONAL and rude.
