“Brought my 2021 Subaru Forrester in because the radio/screen kept resetting and the radio would turn on at random times. Vince was awesome- he took the time to listen to our concerns and was very upfront about possible costs and solutions. It turned out that there was a recall on the part and after it was confirmed to be the issue, they replaced it for no charge. Once the part came in, Vince contacted us and we were able to get the car in immediately. 👍”
