“The team at Caliber Collision took care of me and my vehicle. I spotted some paint and trim issues after the first attempt (admittedly nit-picky given my ongoing lemon-law case with GM). Caliber owned it, followed their policies, and repainted the area to get it right. “I brought my car in under the impression all I discussed on the phone would be completed same day (brake fluid flush, mass airflow sensor and throttle body clean, and wiper motor repair/ replacement).Was told after I showed up and checked in that I’d actually need to bring the car back next day for a sr tech to perform a $230 diagnostic for the wiper issue. It was explained to me it’s because I requested 2 levels of service, so they could do the basic maintenance today. Since I was already there I just paid for it, reasonable transparent pricing from the phone call too (half what the dealership quoted).
Went to Meineke nearby and got wiper motor issue fixed same day”
“Ryan happens to have his shop across the street from my house and both my husband and I feel blessed. This is saying a lot because rarely does a mechanic impress my husband. Lol.
We have been to him 4 times with 3 different vehicles. He has been honest, up front about pricing and he knows when the job is going to need more than he can give it. I appreciate this kind of transparency in a mechanic. I highly recommend him. My only recommendation for him is to be more firm on timelines. . . . Sometimes asking for an oil change gets me a “maybe, if I can squeeze it in this week”- - . . Maybe it’s because we live across the street so it’s easier to possibly “squeeze” in an oil change. Two weeks of that in a row and my husband decided to change my oil. Regardless, if you need sometime who knows what they are doing and possibly just also needs a receptionist but doesn’t have one. . . . Call him up.”

Auto Pro has always treated me extremely well and and they are very fair and honest. I trust them fully, and Jonathan is super knowledgeable and a genuinely nice guy. I have been going there for many years. Very nice, quality service and they did exactly what they said, when they said they would. One of the very rare times I didn't feel like a repair shop was trying to take advantage of me. I will definitely be back!”

“Frank and Mark helped me restore my dad's 1990 Mercedes 420SEL. When my father passed away in 2024, he told me before he passed that he wanted to look at one of his cars. It was this 1990 Mercedes that he parked in his carport since 2019. This was the first luxury car that he bought when he first moved to the U.S. more than 20 years ago. My dad was a mechanic in Thailand. He also used to sell luxury cars like this to many politicians in Thailand after he graduated from law school. He loved cars and he knew how special 1990 Mercedes is. It was so difficult for me to find a mechanic in nears my house who would help me restore my dad's car. Then someone told me about Schmitt Automotive. Frank and Mark helped me restore this car. They didn't just help me fix the car so it can drive again. Frank helped me restore the car to the point that it's no longer leaking in the trunk, the radio that didn't work now is working great. It's amazing beyond amazing. Frank took care of this car as if it was his own car. It's rare to find a mechanic who is kind, honest and meticulous like Frank. It was very easy to communicate with Mark to get updates and etc during the process. I finally drove this 1990 Mercedes yesterday for the first time after Frank and Mark helped me fix it. I was so impressed how amazing it is to drive this car. I feel so grateful for the team at Schmitt Automotive!”

I brought my car in for brake and rotor work, and when a noise came back afterward, the shop was incredibly responsive and took care of it right away. They re-checked everything, clearly explained what was going on, and honored the warranty without hesitation, even replacing parts at no cost to make sure things were done right.
