I have regrets about moving to Newcastle just because of this failed excuse of a post office, 4+ missing packages that are small enough to fit inside the mailbox... No one picks up the phone... Not ordering anything online anymore until I move somewhere consistent with real carriers.

Had a really good experience here the dude was real nice and didn’t yell at me. The post office downtown has a dragon lady that yells and is rude as heck!
