The worst business I ever worked with. I walked in at 11:23am today I was the only person in the store and the only employee I said good morning no reason I get it he may had a bad day but the way he was talking with me Absolutely zero customer service The owner need to hire some people who can at least talk to the customer and say good morning or welcome to the store. I hope this person is not the owner.

Refuses to accept pre-labeled packages despite USPS headquarters and every other Renton USPS telling me to come to this location to drop off packages.
It appears USPS does not want small business customers in any meaningful way despite providing them $10,000s of dollars of purchases in a single month . They do not want to do the work of receiving and sending the package which is extremely frustrating when the private carriers are negligent in delivery and USPS is the last mile carrier anyway for them.

The inside experience feels incredibly outdated and unwelcoming, no wonder none of the workers there ever have a good mood.

In the famous Dr. Seuss book “oh the places you’ll go” there is a page called “the waiting place”. People are just waiting here,that is it. you’re waiting for your turn at the desk with the one worker working that day. The people behind you are waiting for you to get done so they can have their turn. The one worker at the counter is waiting for the day to end. Everyone is just waiting….
I cant imagine a better physical embodiment of what dr Seuss was trying to convey the this branch of the usps.
Ps
There is a massive structural crack on the front façade of the building. When you’re inside, you can see the door to an office that is completely off hinges due to the sinking of the front of the building.

Worst lady ever she asked me to obtain proof of address. I came with the proof of address and she yelled at me as I explained what I brought with me. She didn’t give me a chance to explain that I brought everything she asked for she just yelled at me finally I got my PO Box that I had reserved online and paid for upfront, but it took about an hour

Lady working the desk is out of date on policies and will raise her voice at you, regardless of how calm you stay with her.

The Korean staff member behind the counter was very rude and impatient. I came here to ask about my package, but she impatiently told me to go somewhere else. I have never encountered such rude service in the United States. I didn’t want to argue with her—I just wanted to ask about my package.
