  I have been attending this post office for quite some time now and I have never encountered a problem. Today, in the morning, I went in to mail some letters and needed help with questions and both clerks (female) were very polite, professional and helpful. I was there after 10:00 AM in the morning and there was no long line everyone there, customers and clerks, were pleasant and courteous.

  They keep not delivering packages to our house and marking them as undeliverable because the house is “vacant.” Clearly, our house is not vacant.

  This location has worst service. They lost our package few times. Their Telephone number doesn't work. They haven't repaired it yet!
  Worst communication service. No one wants to take ownership of the issues!
  You have to go physically to post office every time there is an issue?
  Their website is horrible.
  Very short staffed all the times!!!!!

  Micheal and Singh went above and BEYOND with their service today! They helped set me up with a business MB, and I quite literally could not have done it without them. By far the best experience I’ve ever had dealing with postal services

  Be prepared to stand in line for half an hour. There is only one woman working for the entire post office.

  Edit: Just witnessed carrier throwing packages from his truck onto the ground in front of the mailboxes (Regency Woods Apartments 6/2/25 at 230pm.)
  
  Continuously delivers my packages to the wrong address’ and mailbox. I also always get other people’s mail or past tenants when my last name is very clearly marked inside the mailbox.

  2 ladies with brown hair. one with short and one with shoulder length hair and glasses have the absolute worst horrible customer service. today the one with short hair was obviously showing she didn’t wanna be at work, and was getting mad at me for asking simple questions, mind you this is my first time mailing out something so i just needed help. last week the lady with shoulder length hair and glasses yelled at me for a very little mistake. and said if i did it next time i wouldn’t get my belongings after i told her 5x it was an accident. why would i deliver my packages to usps on purpose ? i think id rather it deliver outside my door.its not okay to yell at others like they’re your child. As a manager at starbucks i expect for employees to show kindness and respect from the very beginning. i make 300-500 drinks a day and there’s never a time where im gonna yell at someone for a mistake. the only lady that’s nice here and shows respect is the lady with long black hair, usually leaves it in a ponytail. it’s very unfair i have to feel pressure coming in here because the other ladies are very unwelcoming. good customer service is very easy to give out.

  I usually hate going to the post office but I made sure to go early and it wasn't too busy. The only thing that irritated me was they only had one person working yet they had several more counters sitting empty. The line was fairly short but I still waited a while. As I was close to leaving the line started to stretch further out and I am sure the people in there would be waiting forever. I dont like it when businesses try to cut corners on paying for extra staff. Its actually a huge pet peeve of mine. That being said, if you go make sure you try to get in there early!

  They mailed someone else’s immigration decision from the U.S. Department of Immigration to my apartment (unacceptably huge mistake). They also wouldn’t deliver my package on Friday, despite me living in the building right next to the mail boxes. I couldn’t pick it up the entire weekend as they were closed. On Monday, the line of customers at USPS took over 30 minutes with only one staff member at the counter.
