An amazing doctor who really knows what he’s doing and how to treat his patients well! I went in for an examination that I was kind of dreading, however, Dr. Carlis immediately put me at ease and began to “heal me up” quick with a great insight as to the potential causes, and possible treatments for what was ailing me. I feel 90% better already, I can’t recommend this practice or this doctor enough!

I had a fantastic visit at Valley Foot and Ankle for some toe pain. They were very helpful and courteous from the moment they answered the phone, through checkin and the appointment itself. The Dr. examined my foot thoroughly and even sent a postcard in the mail two weeks later hoping that I fully recovered. I’m very impressed with the strong customer service and knowledge of the team there.

I use a private name on Yelp but rest assured I am a real person. If verification is needed, I will happily provide. I write this review with sadness. Dr. Christopher Robertson is simply the best. Hear me, I am repeating: THE BEST of the Best! Dr. Robertson is hands down the smartest, up to date, KINDEST doctor and also perhaps also one of the most gracious people on our planet. Yeah. I'm serious. Not too mention his skill. I would literally trust my life to Dr. Robertson, not only my nasty feet! He had a suspicion I had additional whole -body issues beyond feet which he explained, referred me and helped me back on my path of wellness. Dr. Robertson is professional, prompt, kind and listens. Did I mention listens???? He wraps you in a perfect balance of professionalism and caring. And knowledge. If I was god and could create a perfect doctor, indeed it would be Dr.Robertson. I have seen Dr, Robertson for numerous foot issues. Each and every time he has thoroughly explained all options. In a way that most doctors do not. He is compassionate yet filled with an understanding of our humanness and empowered me to be tough and deal with my feet issues, which are numerous. Forever I will be grateful to Dr. Robertson. Om shanti shanti shanti to you and those you love. I had an expensive out of pocket laser treatment to help with a surgery from another doctor. Cutting edge and it helped me. So blessed and grateful Scheduling at the office is easy if you don't get Claire who seems to get off on wordy, long convos. Ok we get you are smart, now can you schedule me? Billing. Just run. Unless you enjoy diatribes of bullshit, which I do not. Yeah. I heard your many rants. Im a easy going person... be straight up and we will get along as besties. Give me the "professional" talk over me, impress me with your knowledge of medical rules... friend... I'm out. So out. If you want the best of the best: go see Dr. Robertson!! He has helped me and my feet in ways I will be grateful for forever. Was considering a bunion surgery but I am unfortunately moving on due ONLY to office staff. If you are a patient person who does not mind a lot of bullshit: absolutely RUN to see Dr. Robertson just know I warned ya about staff and policies.

From scheduling to check-in to the actual appointment, I do not have a bad thing to say. Scheduling was easy and I only had to wait a couple days for an appointment, as opposed to over a month with another provider. The receptionist was extremely friendly and personable. The nurse/aid that took my initial information was also very friendly. Dr. Robertson listened to my foot issues and provided excellent information and insight. They were able to do x-rays in the office and review them real-time which was awesome. I am extremely happy I choose to come to Dr. Robertson and I am very happy with the care he and his team provided for me. Everyone truly seemed genuinely happy to be working there and is much appreciated.

Excellent front desk staff who followed up when I requested an appointment slot online. Dr. Carlis really listened to my concerns and gave a good action plan to get better. I appreciate the nurse at their office who showed me how to properly tape my foot to ease the pain. Grateful that I read all the good reviews of Valley Foot & Ankle as they truly provided all around excellent customer service. Thank you!

I am a repeat patient. I completed all the paperwork early and showed up for my appointment. Only to be required to provide a credit card on file. I stated I have had previous issues with fraud and will not share my social security number or put a credit card on file. I stated I was more than happy to pay for the services up front or at the end of the appointment. That was followed with a statement that it was a requirement to have a credit card on file. Basically they want to ensure they can bill what and when they want. That is called unauthorized billing and in my opinion is very sketchy at best! I walked out after wasting tons of my time, no longer a patient and will now go out of my way to make sure that everyone in my sports field knows about this. In todays society there is zero reason for them to keep credit card numbers on file. No medial facility needs to have your social security number or a credit card on file. If you do this be prepared.

We saw Dr. Christopher during the visit but when we came in for the appointment, we were told to put a credit card for payment but they can not share how much they will charge even after the appointment. I understand we need to wait till the end of the appointment to see what steps were performed by the doc to bill the patient. Klaire (front person) was told by the billing lady that they will email the billing codes for the prices. I did not want to sign-up to their online portal as I don't feel comfortable spreading my personal/medical/etc information when I do not have trust. This is why I did all the paperwork on-paper and provided, also got a copy of the receipt of taking my information.2-weeks later when followed up over the phone with the billing to get the billing-codes for last appointment, they were very rude over the phone and said I need to sign-up for the patient portal to get that. They communicated over my personal email but they are unable to give me billing codes...Totally unacceptable!!!When pressed them to get the code, they threatened me stating they will send my bill to collection agency, I asked why they took my credit card if they use collection agency, they were unable to answer and hung up.Few days they sent me a receipt in the email of the total charge to my credit card however, no billing codes and not stating what steps they are billing me for.Another few days later, I received a letter that they will not be able to provide service to me in future.ALL THIS IS A DEMOSTRATION OF A BAD PRACTICE.When a doctor office say, "Payment in full is expected at the time of service", they can't share the details of what different services they are charging me for.VERY UNTRUSTWORTHY.If I could give them negative(-5) stars, I would. Bad service, worst billing department ever. They should disclose to every customer what they are being charged for....

This review is strictly for my conversation about asking for the credit card information to put on their file. Last year I canceled two credit cards and one debit card due to stolen numbers. Two of the cards I didn’t use to buy anything for others to get access to the information. The only thing I know is that one credit cards was on file for two offices. I asked for the last four digits of card number on file but she was not willing to tell me the information. Even after I explained my situation, the office manager was not willing to except my request to go without the card number on file. She told me I agreed to this when I signed up for the office several years ago. I try to explain this didn’t have this happened until last year but anything I say was not matter to her and she told me it is their office policy “we need to have a card on file” If she is really sorry that is not the answer. It is important for me to protect my information, so the office should consider my request. If the office is not worried about the customer concerns and their need, I don’t wish to continue as a patient. This never happened to me anywhere else and I am also a health care provider.

Fast, friendly efficient. I would definitely recommend this place. They came up with a healing plan for me, took xrays and ultra sound to show me the issue. I will be going back for my follow up in 3 weeks. No drugs or prescriptions were prescribed just my therapy boot, new support shoes and a lesson on how to tape my heel for this plantar ficitis that has literally had me in so much pain. ?
