I personally would not go to this vet again. I went for a simple check up for my cat and the doctor added a bunch of unnecessary medicines and tests for something as simple as sneezing. Quoted me short of $400. I went through the receipt with the doctor and removed items and tests down to short of $200. My cat is fine, he just happened to have a flare up of feline herpes, which is very common with felines. The doctor tried to convince me that I needed these treats for him that costed about $45 on top of the amount I was already paying. I found the same kind of treats that would help alleviate the sneezing at Petco for less than $15. I went in very bluntly and told them about my financial situation and how I couldn’t afford much outside of the standard appointment price. I feel as though this vet was more concerned about getting money out of me.

No frills, professional pet care. The way it should be. More affordable than many other vets. Polite and kind. It was a good experience for us.

This was our first visit and I was really impressed. Everyone was friendly and the Dr. went above and beyond sharing her thoughts and answering my questions. So thankful for the thorough explanations and suggestions without any judgement or being pushed into anything. Thank you!

I had a great experience! I had visited another vet that was unable to examine my cat. The vet here was very patient and calm with her and completed the exam. Will definitely be making this my regular place for both of my cats!

I came here by recommendation of my friend, who takes her dog here and always has a good experience.
I am a new first-time dog owner and I was pretty overwhelmed at all of the options for vet care and I didn’t really know where to start or what the cost would be. My rescue needed an exam and I needed education about shots.
The place was nice and clean and the front desk staff were very friendly and patient when checking me in and answering my questions. I didn’t have to wait past my appointment time and the medical professionals who helped my puppy did a good job and seemed really thorough in their explanation.
The only sort of negative thing I’ll say is that when my appointment started, a person walked in the room wearing the most random assortment of clothing I have seen in a hot minute. It turns out that someone was Dr. Kepler, who was there to see my puppy. Still five stars because the rest of my visit was great and I guess I don’t know her situation, it just kind of surprised me that she didn’t look very doctorly.
Still a great clinic and I will continue to use them for my pup.

My dog continues to be well cared for at Renton Highlands Pet Clinic 3 years later. Everyone is nice, we go regularly for nail trim and gland expression.
I appreciate being able to text and they still answer all my questions. She's actually excited to go in until she realizes she's not visiting 😄

Very disorganized. I have been asked twice now to come back to complete services for a scheduled appointment. Whether it's not having enough medicine stocked, or not having the proper tools to complete simple nail trims. My dog was not scared of the vets until coming here and they do not allow you with your pets while getting shots or nail trims. I do not like to leave negative reviews but I do think if you have a sensitive dog, this is not the place for you.

It has been very upsetting to learn that the Paw Plan membership does not have a cancellation clause for deceased pets. I cannot control when my pets will pass. I am still grieving the loss of my puppy and they took no time to reach out to me to inform of me of an outstanding bill for the Paw Plan that is non-transferable and non-refundable. They want me to continue paying for my dead puppy. What a joke.

Have been taking our miniature golden doodle here since he was a puppy. He is now 5 years old. He loves to come here and we love his doctor and all of the staff. Would recommend to all our family and friends.
