My normal oil change place I used to go to in Factoria closed down. I will not go to Jiffy Lube after they have overcharged me and once forgot to put oil in my vehicle after draining the oil out! Valvoline is professional and you can watch them work on the video screen

Good service and typically little or no wait. Formerly Oil Can Henry's. Their staff seems of higher quality than the competition. I do get tired of the frequent recommendations for additional services beyond the oil change. Go online for coupons.Staff are very courteous and provide great customer service.

I've brought my 3 vehicles in several time over the last 4 years. I will say they have never disappointed me in their customer service. I stopped by this past Friday and there was a fairly long line and it took a little over an hour to get through. They did their due diligence and got me prepped so when it was my turn all they had to do was the oil change which was done pretty quickly. I also knew I wanted the cabin filter replaced. When I found out the cost, I debated on going to an autoparts store and doing it myself. The gentleman offered me a discount on the filter which took the sting off, so I went ahead and had them do it. Well worth the price to go here and feel confident they are doing a good job and they are always so nice and respectful. This will continue to be my go to place for oil changes.

Bring your own push pins and cover fasteners. The do not have spare pins nor bolts after they take them out and loose them. They have only a few zip ties though. Don't expect them to even zip tie all places where the push pins should be. I went back again today, no push pins were "found". He said "there's no" zip ties holding the cover. I checked and showed him today and still no acknowledgement.2/27/24 update. The owner apparently would like me to provide Vin # to a media group. I still would accept any invitation to a bolt or clip or a zip tie.

Just an FYI, the VIOC stations are not draining your oil anymore. They are sucking oil out of the dipstick to get out as much as they can. This leaves about 1/2 quart in the pan of the dirtiest oil in the engine. It really is essential to heat the motor up and drain the oil out of the drain hole in the lowest point in the oil pan. After the oil change, my filter was immediately clogged with the residue from the bottom of the pan and my new oil is dirty now on day one! I will post pics of the "new" oil vs the oil that was poured in. It really does not work the way they are doing things. I guess they had too many mistakes reinstalling the drain plugs and stripping the bolts/pan threads? Oh well, that is my last visit to VIOC, unfortunately. Additionally, the tech left off the oil cap/dipstick and battery cover and said start the car we are done. I politely pointed out the errors and he corrected the mistakes. Last visit, I found loose bolts and tools left in the engine bay, as well. Things are going downhill for this location, sadly.See bottom of pic for the condition of my oil on day of install after install and brief run home. Oil should run clean like the top of pic. I gave them oil so I know how much went in based on dipstick height after change. No way to clean up the oil without a complete new batch of Mobil 1 Synth and a new filter.

Waited in line for 30 minutes. Not a single person came out to ask what service I was getting, give a time estimate, or to even say hello and acknowledge the fact that I was there. Eventually I grew impatient and started backing out. They just stood there and watched me leave, this was the most interaction I got the whole time. Used to come here often, but the service has gone downhill. I’ll be going elsewhere….

My husband and I have been bringing our cars and our teenagers cars here for YEARS. Today will be our last visit. At our last oil change I paid $50 to replace our two headlight bulbs. One of them stopped working within a few months of purchase. When I brought the car in today for an oil change I showed the employee that was taking care of me the receipt for the new bulbs and how one of them has already burned out. I asked if they had a warranty and if they would replace the one that burned out already. He was insanely rude and condescending about it and said no. He told me headlights on average last about 6 months. (I guess he assumed I’m just a woman and would believe anything he told me) We RARELY have to replace the headlights on our cars. They obviously sold me a faulty bulb. I told him that if I paid $25 each for what’s essentially just a lightbulb-it should last longer than a few months. He then stated “how do we know you didn’t do something to the light bulb to break it just to get a free one? We have people do that all the time” Yes, I purposely broke my light bulb just to get a replacement..lolI was absolutely disgusted with this guys attitude. It’s a shame that this employee made the choice to lose a long time customer who owns 5 vehicles and visit’s frequently over a $25 bulb. Seems like a silly business plan but here we are. I would take a close look at how this guy interacts with your other customers. Who knows how many customers he has cost you? Receipt says CSR was Casey and topside was Sage.
