Worst decision ever. Came here to add 2 new lines onto my plan, which originally cost me $259 for 4 lines (not including the 2 new lines) then after the 2 new lines were added, my next bill was $919!!! They added a ton of perks that I didn’t want or ask for and even changed my grandfathered old Apple One Unlimited plan to the new Unlimited Ultimate when I specifically said multiple times to NOT change my plan and to ONLY add the 2 new lines. I been on the phone with Verizon for the past 4 days trying to fix this hectic issue. On top of logging onto my account online to disable all this stuff they added at the store! Worst, horrible experience ever during the holidays!!!!

Don't call the number and expect to get the actual store. All i wanted to do was buy a specific phone for my mom. Told me I needed to make an appointment.

Went to the Verizon store on Park Avenue to get all the accessories for my new phone. Alyia was the one that helped me and she was awesome. She took the time to explain how all the warranties work, and how each item protects in its own way. Great personality, glad I was able to get her when I walked in. Thank you again for all your help

After a horrible experience at the Seattle 3rd-party Verizon store, the Verizon store in Renton provided a quick, smooth, and great experience. Store reps were friendly, knowledge, and gave me good honest advice. They didn’t try to upsell or rip me off. They actually gave me a greater trade in value than I had known about!

Honestly only get 1 star bc 0 isn’t an option. I have been a Verizon customer for like 5-6 years now & I went in to inquire about the new iPhone as I do every year. & when I asked a question about my plan and why it changed considering I didn’t authorize any changes to extend the payment an extra year. Nobody told me anything. So I go in and ask & the guy tells me it’s been 3 years since we’ve been doing 3 year contracts & I tell him well I don’t think so bc I got the 14 last year after only have my 13 for a year before that. & he started to be such an A hole saying that I’m basically saying he’s lying which I never said, I just said what happened last year to me. I didn’t get his name but he had long hair & a long beard said he worked there for 8 years & you’d think after all those years he’d know how to work a CUSTOMER SERVICE job. To treat a loyal long time customer in such a disrespectful way as if I’m not the one that’s paying your salary. (I noticed he had on a cowboys jersey, that’s why they lost today bc you were RUDE AF) (If he’s reading this that’s only for him ?)

The worst experience ever, why do they even have stores? They don't help at all they send you off with web sight (doesn't work) and phone #, they can't help. Its time to take my business elsewhere. Worst company ever

Do not waste your money on Verizon Internet especially do not gamble with your business internet. I have never been treated so horribly by a company 4+ days without internet 6+ hours on the phone with the customer service center in the Philippines two trips into the Verizon store at the Landing. I am moving ALL of my services away from Verizon and I have been with them nearly 20 years. Zero accountability bounced around back and forth still no resolve and the call center is closed on the weekend.

Got my new phone delivered to house, 2 Verizon techs couldn't complete the help I needed to setup my phone up. I drove to Verizon Renton Landing. Jovani not only completed everything, he was so chill in doing so. I appreciated what I term a 'can do' attitude.

Literally, walked in just to get a pair of headphones for an emergency situation. There is four workers. All of them are working with customers understandable but the fact that not one of them looked at to greet me and say hello tell me that they'll be with me in one moment is unacceptable. I've actually been to this Verizon numerous amount of times maybe last year or two usually, I'm always greeted usually someone always comes and asked me what I was looking for to put me on a list. I've literally seen three people look me in my face and not acknowledge me not say they'll be with me in one moment nothing of that nature. Was standing here for a good 10 minutes then two other customers walked in and they were greeted just fine. I don't wanna pull the race card but yes they are white and I'm black.

My wife and I stopped in on Saturday. We had the pleasure of working with Cory. He was great and took care of everything for us. He was knowledgeable, patient and made sure we had everything we needed. We highly recommend asking for Cory if you need help.

An employee at the store managed to double charge us for AirPods Pros. After calling customer support, who weren’t able to help, I visited the store upon their recommendation. After waiting 30+min, they came back and said the issue should be fixed but to check back if the bill isn’t adjusted. A month later and the bill still hasn’t been fixed and the store manager, who gave me his card, isn’t answering or returning calls. Normally this wouldn’t be a big issue, but an extra $200 plus taxes is something that should be taken seriously.Maybe try going to a different store if you don’t want this to happen to you.
