I folishly went in here again 1/27/24. The young guy working clearly did not want to help me. He answered a personal call, yawned, and basically acted disinterested. WhenI told him what I was trying to do he basically said he couldn't do it. No offer of any alternatives. I know better than to go to a store that isn't an actual Verizon store. I do miss when I could get my phone from Costco, though. EDIT: Beware of sneaky sales tactics. Not exactly dishonest, but shady. We were there a long time, walked out with a boatload of devices and accessories (that they chose for us)-why don't you guys go have dinner while we set these up!- but they got us a "great deal'Long story short, I now am paying double the amount on my monthly bill, and FINANCED all of the accessories that they picked out to boot. Shame on me for being gullible, and going in late on a Friday night. They saw us coming from a mile away.I went into this store without really intending to buy anything. Cory and Taryn were amazing, though. They went above and beyond in their customer service by getting me really great deals that I couldn't refuse. I walked out of there with more devices and accessories than I care to admit! Cory even stayed extra late, and set ne up by even putting the screen protectors on my devices. They were very knowledgable and personable. I will definitely return there any time I need anything. Highly recommend!

Be ware of restocking fees. During Black Friday deals a sales person offered a deal on a pixel watch 2 with the purchase of my phone for $5 a month. I was very hesitant because I have a watch I already like that was only one year old. The store employee finally convinced me because he said it would be easy to return and get a refund. And after confirming with him multiple times that was going to be the case, I took the offer. I never opened the box and I went back to return it. And the same employee said they have a $50 restocking fee. So I paid $50 for something I never used. The employee never mentioned anything about it. And when I complained he said that it's in the fine print of every receipt. But they don't have any warning until AFTER you buy it. I was hesitant and asked many questions to make sure I would not lose money over this and I still did.

Don't waste your time. Going to this Verizon location go to a real Verizon location. They are just a dealer and they like to take your money and not give refunds when they don't explain a product. I'm going to corporate about this issue

Brandon Mosquera went out of his way to help me switch a phone from AT&T to my Verizon account. He was patient and knowledgeable. I very much appreciated his help!

Very dissatisfied with the service of the staff. We were served by a tall guy sitting directly opposite the entrance, with a stocky build. Not at all educated and superior man. Treated us with contempt, constantly went to another room and talked to someone about me and my family. He talked about us in our presence, about the fact that we have no money, not knowing whether we have it or not, thinking that we do not understand him, he told someone that they are standing next to me and they have no money. It really offended me and our family. .and also tried to sell us an obscure phone with a case that we didn't even choose. He asked to confirm the text of the message, thinking that we do not understand anything. It is a pity that such people work for you. .I think that such brats have no place in such a company! Very sad after thissituation! I do not recommend to anyone to go to this branch to this arrogant, uneducated and incompetent employee!

Waited in line for about 30 min. There was one customer working with an associate but I was not told for how long it will take to wait. They were very relaxed and didn't care about other customers. I understand the only sale associate was serving the other customer but on the other hand letting other customers know what to expect. At the end, I just left. They lost a customer.

This store is by far has the lowest performance results and customer service of any business I’ve done business with. Highly recommend shopping else where. If you own a business don’t even bother

The sales reps aren't totally straightforward with their prices. When I said I didn't want an iPhone 14 due to the price, they both insisted it would only be $400 after I turn in my old phone. They also placed a second wireless charger in my bag and said the second charger was free. When we performed the sales transaction, they didn't show me the price breakdown or give me a paper receipt, because the receipt would be e-mailed to me. When I got home and saw the e-mailed receipt, it became clear the phone was actually $810 and they did charge me for the second charger.

This store is NEVER open. When they are the staff are rude, unhelpful, and unprofessional. When asked why the hours on line and on their door don’t match the actual times they are open the response was “Yeah, we don’t care.” We’ll be driving out of our neighborhood for help at a different Verizon from now on. Can’t believe I actually regret leaving T-Mobil.

Although the sales rep was very friendly and helpful (why I gave them 2 starts), my experience upgrading a phone was long, inconvenient and very annoying. I had preordered the phone from the Verizon website with the understanding that the phone was in-stock, they would contact me once my order was ready and I would receive a trade-in credit for my old phone. That never happened. I drove to the store to check on my order and was informed that my order was in the system but something was "wrong" with it and needed to be reentered. Mind you, no one contacted me to inform me of the "error" and now I had to wait in the store for over an hour while he entered my new order. It felt like they received a different incentive for orders directly at the store vs the website. But clearly, I'm only speculating. That said, the whole reason I preordered the phone was so I didn't have to wait in the store. I like the convenience of picking it up and leaving. After all was said and done with the phone upgrade, I found out the trade-in credit was never added to my account.(which was fairly a significant amount) Now I've spent more time with a Verizon rep submitting paperwork to receive that credit. My advice, avoid this store, it is an "authorized" Verizon dealer and instead stick with an official store such as the one at the Landing. I've upgraded several phones and never had an issue with the store at the Landing. For some reason, this store wants to follow different processes which make things inconvenient for their customers.

Just came home from this store. Horrible customer service experience! There were 2 workers helping one customer each. After waiting a while, a store clerk said he would be with me in 5 minutes. After 7 minutes a different store clerk said he would be with me in about 10 minutes. In the mean time, the first store worker yelled at me for sitting in the wrong chair, yelling, "Sir, you must sit in one of the red chairs." I have no problem with the request to sit in a different chair, and I did, but the way it was yelled out was completely inappropriate, especially while providing "customer service". No thanks. I just left, And being a customer at Verizon for over 15 years, I will take my money elsewhere, and so will my wife. I can find better customer service at 1/3 the price I'm paying now.

I came in to switch over from AT&T and Shawn the manager went over and beyond with assistance! Not only did he stay after close to make sure everything was transferred over but he was patient with every step! I couldn’t be more thankful for his help, good conversation for the three hours I was there and making the process smoothly! Thank you Shawn!!!!!! You rock!
