They're rude especially their pharmacy. I waited 20 mins and I was the second caller just for the phone to ring for an extra 6 minutes and they hang up on my face. Mind you before that they were answering different calls before mine. Absolutely disrespectful and the customer service sucks please get people who actually can do their job.

Terrible customer service, I have been contacted by walgreens that my prescription was ready twice and both times I waited about hour to go pick up and wss told that is was not ready come back in 15 minutes when I mention that I was contacted by phone they say oh well it's not ready come back in 15 minutes and shut the microphone off! I have even wait sometimes 15 to 20 minutes in line before I get to the window! I am going to go elsewhere and hopefully get better customer service! There's no # to call if you have a problem with the service that's probably why they get away with it!

This Walgreens closes very often out of nowhere. today 08/08/2023 store was closed around 6:30pm, this store is a joke, and this wasn't the first time, there has been some other occasions where either the "pharmacy" or the entire store closes due to "staffing issues".If you consider your health as important as it should be, do not send your prescriptions to this cartoon store, because the just Don't care.I will tell EVERYBODY I know to stay away from this Wall-gross store.Starting now, I'll change all my prescriptions across the street to Raid aid pharmacy.

New woman working the desk has no idea what's going on, Asian male working there only deals with things that happened that day if you called in a prescription a different day to pick up today he will act like he can't help you because he wasn't the when it happened. King of acts like no one working there talks to each other. Tried to order COVID tests and they couldn't even figure that out, weird because you can order them from the website to this location

It don’t have sliding doors but it’s open just don’t have an atm as someone tried to drive away with it but failed and just left a gapper where the door is soppose to be but it’s open wide open!!

Customer service is terrible. No one picks up in the pharmacy. Did an antigen test for a cruise and it's 24 hr and still no results. Thought It's supposed to be rapid test? I was told there that I should see something in one hour. Now I have to pay to get tested at the cruise.

I just walking into the store and I ask for a mask if they have any ,so cashier lady told me mask required and we don’t have any for offering, but I saw a few people around that they were shopping and checking out without mask. I found it discriminatory?

This take place in Walgreen - Renton, Washington . And the lady who rude to me including Tran is Hien I think. She refuse to give me the name and hang off the phone immediately when I ask for her name. And when I call the manager, Hien is the name she gave me but say she is leaving or not available. I call in 09/04/2020 at around 2:45. And this happen around 2:30 - where Tran call the pharmacy to ask about her medicate but when she recognized Tran's voice, she start acting crazy and mean to her, and when I take the phone and tell her how disrespectful she is to her customers she start yelling nonstop and when I ask for her name and also want to speak to her manager, she hung off the phone. This start because on 09/03 Tran has coming to pharmacy and try to return her medicine without knowing that she can't return it due to lost receipts and she was yelling, threading when she come all the way to the back still yelling to her about medicine, about Walgreen will not let her take any medication. Understanding there may have some struggle in life but that not the way one professional technician will do. Please take action. It's really sad to know that someone not willing to help somebody for the good especially in this pandemic including all the protest has happen. Because not just Black life matter but All life matter. Racist and discrimination is not what I want to see in this time. She is unprofessional, rude. We are customer - and she is a just like a doctor to us. But she is showing unprofessional, mean to my family member - Tran. Who is not influent in English. I guess that the reason she is taking advantage on Tran. Loudly yelling at her, threading that she wouldn't be able to take any medicine from here anymore, filling her in the report or notes. Clapperclaw a customer is the way you help here? I don't think so. Tran is a Vietnamese and she is not good at English, but it not mean that she must get that "treatment". As a face of Walgreen, a face of pharmacy, this is not what I expect to face in this country, in this Renton, a worst customer service with no patience to your customer. For me, I don't think there are any reason for that act because Tran is showing her patience and appreciate in every word she said and she is trying her best in her words, it's must be something else and I think this is racist because she is Asian. One Star for the customer service and zero star for a disrespectful lady. I don't care who are you outside the world. But when you're working, you will not show your "face" to your customer. Especially no one have done anything to you or yelling at you like you did. Nasty women, I don't understand how you get hire here. She is new also =)) I guess someone think they are powerful than people with people ha.

Very rude employees. Asked if it was possible to do a price adjustment to something online (50% off) and she was not only rude to us, but continued to talk crap about us to other employees as I was trying to put back the items/fix the display to be nice... gave up because I got tired of them laughing at us, so we just left embarrassed. I don't care if you're not willing to price match, that is completely your right, but there is no reason to be rude and talk badly about costumers to other employees while they're trying to help you.
