Worst pharmacy ever! I will never give one penny to Walgreens, I hope they go out of business. Understaffed, terrible computer system and ridiculous prices. This company preys on the poor and the elderly...do not give them your money!

This Walgreens closes very often out of nowhere. today 08/08/2023 store was closed around 6:30pm, this store is a joke, and this wasn't the first time, there has been some other occasions where either the "pharmacy" or the entire store closes due to "staffing issues".If you consider your health as important as it should be, do not send your prescriptions to this cartoon store, because the just Don't care.I will tell EVERYBODY I know to stay away from this Wall-gross store.Starting now, I'll change all my prescriptions across the street to Raid aid pharmacy.

This pharmacy has Really Poor customer service!! They are very rude and not willing to help! Please review the pharmacists in this location of their performance please. Its a complete shame! No one deserves this kind of horrible and disappointment treatment, especially the customers.

Out of 5 stars, I give this horrible pharmacy a big fat 0. Why is it so hard to find a really good pharmacy? I wouldn't have had to find a new one if HimeRX hadn't closed down. Walgreens in Renton Highlands is THE worst pharmacy ever. I usually have someone pick up my prescriptions for me because I'm disabled. I called in 2 prescriptions to be refilled. When the person picking them up brought them home, I found both bottles to be the same prescription. One was for a 30 count, the other 90. So, I had to call Walgreens to get them to refill my prescription for Levothyroxine. The guy that I talked to was EXTREMELY rude and kept arguing with me. I told him I received 2 bottles of the same prescription and that I needed my thyroid medication as soon as possible. He kept sighing and huffing with me, like it was putting him out. I told him, look, don't give me problems. I need my medication. Finally, he says that it will be filled, and I could pick it up tomorrow by 11am. When the person who picks up my medication for me got to Walgreens and talked to a pharmacist about my prescription to be picked up, she said that they hadn't received a request for a refill. So, my person had to wait why the pharmacist filled it up. What is wrong with you Walgreens? You need to STEP UP and do MUCH BETTER. For a start, hire competent pharmacists who actually know what they're doing. Secondly, your employees who answer the phone are horrendous. They severely lack in customer service. I need to find a better pharmacy. I've tried Bartell's, CVS and Safeway. They're all terrible. Anyone know of a decent pharmacy? If so, please let me know.

Tried refilling prescription online and got a confirmation email saying my request has gone through. On the date the refill is supposed to be available I check my Walgreens account and find that \\\"no prescription requests have been made.\\\" I call to talk the pharmacy to get some help and wait for 30 minutes and am hung up on twice before talking to anyone. When I talked with a pharmacist he was extremely short with me, acting like I was burdening him by needing a prescription. I've had many issues with this pharmacy in the past but the attitude I received today makes it my worst experience to date.

Pharmacist is not there about 1/4 of the time I go. The hours are already limited. Understaffed for several months... Moving to a new pharmacy...

They will hang up on you when you call. I didn't even speak to anyone, just on hold to be able to talk to someone. After 20mins they picked up and hung up.

I just waited for at least 20 minutes in this drive-through pharmacy line only for them to put up a closed sign at 3pm during normal business hours with one car in front of me...apparently they can't find enough staff. Awful service. Walgreens should figure out what's wrong. I'm finding another pharmacy.

I had a scheduled time for a vaccination...50 minutes later I finally got the vaccine. When I inquired about the delay, the response I was given by the pharmacist was "well, you are just lucky we are open". I get staff shortages and the challenges every business has with this right now. However, a little communication up front (either verbally or a sign on the counter) about the delays would have been appreciated and allowed me to make a decision to wait it out or come back another time. There is an expectation when you have scheduled an appointment. In addition, there was no sense of urgency in either the pharmacist or the person working the register - in fact the pharmacist appeared to almost intentionally be moving and behaving like he was moving like molasses.

Went to pick up my prescription today, Friday 9 /23. They had a sandwich board out front stating pharmacy closed today??? I talked to store manager who told me that they WOULD BE CLOSED EVERY OTHER FRIDAY FROM NOW ON.I will find another pharmacy, what a nightmare...

This Walgreens is often incredibly understaffed. There have been times where I've waited in line for 30 minutes and had to leave without my prescription because I ran out of time and the line wasn't moving. The pharmacists are also relatively unfriendly

Do NOT go here for Covid testing. Never received results and currently on 4th day. When most requirements for travel are under 72 hours, Walgreens/LabCorp will NOT work.

DO NOT USE THIS LOCATION FOR COVID TESTING. i had a covid test scheduled but was late due to a fatal car accident, called to let them know I was going to be 30 minutes late and they said no problem. Pull up and they said they stop at 5pm. What a waste of time \\u0026 energy.

Over an hour for a flu shot with an appointment...Waste of time. They could just say we are understaffed or it's going to be an hour or.....well something. The medical system in the US for private or public is a joke
