I had the most bizarre interview here for a pharmacy assistant position. The very large guy interviewed me very robotically and then sent me a rejection letter via email but the weird part was he acted like he was gonna give me the job and then told me he was new the interviewing and asked me to give him advice? And then told me I didn't get the job. He made me sabotage my own interview. Weirdo

When Rite aid closed, I was told that my prescriptions would be transferred to Walgreens on Rainier. Not only were they not, the Paharmasist was extremely rude and condescending.

They don’t employ adult cashiers so you can’t purchase alcohol since minors aren’t able to check you out. Understaffed and neglected by management

Constant problems; delays:poor service, long 2 hour wait lines. The location is full of thugs. The worst and final was when I was told script ready and there. Next day was not there and told 2 days longer and then still not. The new helper there lies. She will deny she said things as well. That was that straw. I can't work with an unprofessional person who lies.I really needed to leave years ago when that pharmacist gave me a script 5 times it's dosage then when I had to call my doctor and the back and forth he decided to check my profile to blame a mental health problem on his mistake and even blaming a doctor error. This place has no ethics or accountability. Please watch your scripts and money.

If I could give this pharmacy zero stars, or a negative rating, I would. Called three times to check on an RSV shot for my dad. Was told 3 times, "Come in, you don't need an appointment." We bring my 97-year old dad in, and we are told that we had to make an appointment. I told them that I called them three times just to be sure, and was told to just drop in. They kept denying that anybody told me that. They blamed it on the call center. I told them I spoke directly with their pharmacy, but they fought me on that, too. I asked them to make an adjustment, since it's hard to get dad out, and he really needs the shot. The pharmacist was frazzled, negative and totally uncooperative. He was downright rude. It was also disheartening to see him chewing out the assistant working the front counter on an unrelated issue. She could not have been more wonderful and easy to work with. He was nasty to everybody. He wouldn't budge. Not even an apology. We rolled dad out and saw the people in line with the sweetest most apologetic expressions on their faces. One gentle giant who looked like a linebacker looked at us so compassionately. One of the customers in line even found us on our way out, and apologized for the poor treatment. She patted my dad on the shoulder, and told my dad that he looked great! Thank goodness for great folks that turned a bad situation into something that warmed my heart. Take your prescriptions elsewhere.

The pharmacist and technician are idiots obviously undereducated and useless. Refused to sell me a primeatene mist inhaler without a prescription. Had them behind the counter, wouldn't look it up. This is an over the counter inhaler they should have known this, or should have looked it up. Haven't they ever seen the commercial this product has been around forever. Went across the street to Fred Meyer and picked one up right off the shelf. Will never go here again this was just the last in a long line of problems with this store.

What kind of pharmacy is this? Pharmacy or pharmacist are supposed to be there to HELP with questions about your medication so you can live!! Disappointment are the only answers to phone calls. Eventually you'llbe on hold for 30 minutes to one hour, only to get hanged up on. Poor training and tactics when you depend your life on them. One more thing pharmacy tech or pharmacist can be so rude when they're under pressure.

I set up an appointment for 9:45 yet I'm still sitting here waiting after 10:05. Why should I even set an appointment?

I’m really out of words, we recently changed insurance and we had to find new pharmacy that takes our insurance we had service with cvs post 7 years,we never got any issue day in my 7 years we lived in Washington, at Walgreens I felt very sad for the store owner,it takes forever anyone to answer, when they taking the info they don’t even know what they are asking,or what they need to find patient profile I go through the same problem every time at this point I give up I’m going back CVs they’re very processional and well trained and they do good at their job. There is no one availableThey are always understaffedThey seem kinda nice but sad inside they probably over worked or depressed been few people doing 10 people job ,I think they Walgreen CEO needs to either hired more staff or lose the company.I got to think if the Walgreens pharmacy is not bad I used to have in the different state but this is just poor management, hire staff don’t over use the staff with small money and saving the rest to your pocket…I give them 3-5 years every one will disappear no more customers..

They make their own pricing even if you use the good RX app and even if that was a prescription refill and the pricing has been made already. They doubled the price and there was no chance to get it cheaper without insurance. Every other pharmacy had no problems with the cheaper pricing. The service is horrible: annoyed customer service representatives, they never answer the phones. I would advise to go somewhere else since this is the worst pharmacy you can go to.

Pharmacy places you on hold after already waiting for callers ahead of you and hangs up on you after a while. If you do get through to them, their customer service on the phone is upsetting. Never a good experience, ever.

I walked in to deposit money to my Capital One account and Todd was ever so gracious to tell me that I could only deposit $500 at a time and that my card wasn’t working because I had made a deposit earlier in the day. He kept telling me that I needed to swipe my card, inserting the chip would do nothing and that “[he] knows what he’s talking about because [he’s] been working here a long time”. I asked if he’d done a lot of Capital One deposits and he responded with “yeah okay uh huh I’m a liar”. Incredibly RUDE and overly defensive. As someone with a customer service background, I do my best to not be a jerk to other CS workers but his attitude was completely uncalled for. Firstly, if what he said was true, why was the Walgreens on Sunset (10 minutes down the road) able to deposit my full amount over $500 in one transaction when I inserted my chip? Re-train him on how to correspond with customers or keep this person off the register if they’re going to act like this. TODD chose customer service work, no one plopped him there.I would like a written response from the store manager that this person has been talked to. Not written up or fired, just talked to about how THEY chose to handle this.

Switched pharmacies because this location is terrible to patients. Two separate incidents in the past month. 1) A few weeks ago I got sick and went in to get my prescription. The girl at the counter said “oops we forgot to notify you that the prescription is out of stock here.” When I tried to get the prescription transferred the pharmacist came up behind the girl and screamed at me, “We are short staffed!” I responded politely and sat down as the girl pretended to help me find another location but it was near closing time so that wasn’t going to work. Eventually I had to call urgent care and have them send the prescription to another pharmacy. 2) Today I sat on hold for an hour and half just for them to hang up on me as soon as it was my turn in line. I drove down there and they claim they never got the order from my doctor. The order was placed 4 days prior. I spoke to my doctors office 3 times today and they said Walgreens has the prescription marked as filled. My nurse spent hours on the phone today as well trying to get through to them. We ended up sending the prescription to another pharmacy.

The pharmacy at this location should not legally be able to operate. They have messed up so many times they are very unprofessional. you would think that all be more professional, considering the fact that her meds there medication is a very serious thing to the human body and people who are incompetent mixing up prescriptions not knowing what they’re doing barely answering the phone. How am I supposed to properly understand the medication if I can’t get a live person on the phone I had for two hours only to be hung up on this is ridiculous. They need new management immediately. They should not be able to operate this Way
