Went in today to pick up photos and asked if a canvas was ready. It wasn't but the worker named Ty went out of his way to get it done for me so I didn't have to come back tomorrow. I really appreciated this since I have a two week old baby at home. Thank you Ty for your customer service!

If I’d decided ne this review a year ago it would be 5 stars but since then I know longer know the pharmacy staff. Just had yet another bad experience, had called my insurance company Monday asking if they knew why my meds weren’t filled due to insurance issues. She ran it through as she couldn’t find it - they’d reversed it and oh my gosh it went through! Of course it did. This is a recurring issue with my monthly prescriptions but no one stops to check their work. She was so nice she called Walgreens and made sure they processed the script so I could pick it up Tuesday as I was out. It’s Wednesday and it still says in process. I first called it in on Saturday. I just called and was told by some man when I said my insurance called Monday ‘well it’s approved now’. I asked will it be filled today and he said yes and hung up. One guy wouldn’t fill a script, he said was a day early that had been filled that day for months, was approved by my doctor and insurance till I brought in a plane ticket that I was leaving. One day. He was a visiting pharmacist with a god complex. I’ve been shorted 3 times but only caught it early enough once. At least when I called and they counted at the end of the night they admitted their mistake. Two sets of initials don’t mean perfection. Like they told me when I ran out the first time. Here’s hoping Theresa comes back and Walgreens is able to fully staff their stores with great pharmacists again.

They're rude especially their pharmacy. I waited 20 mins and I was the second caller just for the phone to ring for an extra 6 minutes and they hang up on my face. Mind you before that they were answering different calls before mine. Absolutely disrespectful and the customer service sucks please get people who actually can do their job.

Terrible customer service, I have been contacted by walgreens that my prescription was ready twice and both times I waited about hour to go pick up and wss told that is was not ready come back in 15 minutes when I mention that I was contacted by phone they say oh well it's not ready come back in 15 minutes and shut the microphone off! I have even wait sometimes 15 to 20 minutes in line before I get to the window! I am going to go elsewhere and hopefully get better customer service! There's no # to call if you have a problem with the service that's probably why they get away with it!

This Walgreens closes very often out of nowhere. today 08/08/2023 store was closed around 6:30pm, this store is a joke, and this wasn't the first time, there has been some other occasions where either the "pharmacy" or the entire store closes due to "staffing issues".If you consider your health as important as it should be, do not send your prescriptions to this cartoon store, because the just Don't care.I will tell EVERYBODY I know to stay away from this Wall-gross store.Starting now, I'll change all my prescriptions across the street to Raid aid pharmacy.

The pharmacy is always short staffed. Half the time prescriptions are fir whatever reason not available. Drive through is closed often.

Ok yes the people who hang around at the bus stop are kinda scary and you might get mugged but the pharmacy staff here are top notch and Monica, Yessie, and Johnathan have clutched my RX fill right before close on more than one occaision. They have always gone the extra mile for me to make sure my information is up to date and that I get my medication in a timely manner. Thank you so much for the great service. Thank you thank you Thank you!

The pharmacy is terrible terrible terrible. By the way did I say terrible. And caring hung up on me several times. Couldn’t be bothered with. I’m sorry that you don’t have enough people there to work, I really am sorry about that but to be so uncaring and so rushed and bitter shame on you these are people here to get their medicine. Do you think they want to be here oh my God. Shame on you

I scheduled an online appointment for a drive-thru rapid test, received confirmation email, and even a reminder email. When I got there, there was a big old sign on the pharmacy window that said “There is no pharmacist on duty” which looked like it’d been there a while. I waited almost 10 minutes thinking they’d forgot to take the sign down from their pharmacist mandated break but no one ever came. I called the store number which then redirected me to, of course, a corporate center and they too tried ringing the pharmacy to no avail. They then called the front store which told them the pharmacy is now being used as a part of the store?!The representative did say I could use my confirmation to get tested at a different Walgreens but this was a huge inconvenience to my day, time, and energy. Please update you online pharmacy scheduling so folks don’t have to go through what I did.

Customer service is terrible. No one picks up in the pharmacy. Did an antigen test for a cruise and it's 24 hr and still no results. Thought It's supposed to be rapid test? I was told there that I should see something in one hour. Now I have to pay to get tested at the cruise.

I have been a Walgreen customer for many years. I start using the 12th and Sunset pharmacy for the past 3 years. It seems they always understaffed.Today I went in the store to ask the lady at the counter if she can apply a manufacture coupon to the item I purchased the day before. Her exact word was "if we do that we would do coupon all day" I can hear the other worker snickered as she stood by. The coupon was a recall refund from oldspice deodorant I bought from the same store.I decided that if she is too lazy to help me with the coupon then I will return the item. She scanned the item and said that since it was purchased from Covinton store, she couldn't accept it. At this point I took the deodorant and walked out. I went to another Walgreen store they refunded my money in 30 second.Now you can tell that I will not do business with this Walgreen store and question if I should use Walgreen as my prescription provider in the future.

Well it gets a 5 because there was no front door cause the atm guys tried to steal the whole thing by crashing and dashing with out the atm and I just walked about and seen it so I’m here reporting it you!! They are open but they are bruised!

Racist. Some guy I assume lgbtq refused to sell my boyfriend a charger. Literally for no other reason. My boyfriend is black and I can only assume he was racially profiled and was assumed he would do something… over a charger. This wasn’t the first bad encounter either.
